My 20 years of management experience are mostly gained from IBM where prior to becoming a freelance coach and consultant I was General Manager of Telecommunications and Media Industries, IBM Greater China Group.  What's unique about me is that I combine my management experience with a deep understanding of human psychological processes in practicing coaching. Those who receive coaching from me learn not only how to do things differently, but also how to think differently to produce the results they truly desire.  Many of them have experienced a fundamental shift in their perspectives, values and future life course, which has enabled them to live passionately at work and home. I have obtained a BA Economics degree from National Taiwan University in 1977, an MBA degree from University of Houston in 1980, and a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from National Taipei Education University in 2008. I served as the 2010-2011 President of Taiwan Chapter, International Coach Federation (ICF), and I have published a book “The Satir Coaching Model” in Taiwan in November 2015.
