I`m Anca and I’ve spent over a decade working in coaching, learning, and human development, supported by a degree in Psychology, a PCC certification with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and hands-on experience across multiple roles, industries, and teams. Over the years, I’ve guided individuals and teams through transitions, uncertainty, reinvention, and meaningful change, helping them reconnect with confidence, direction, and a renewed sense of agency. I see coaching as trying on new lenses: the world stays the same, but how you see it - and how you move through it - transforms. I take a holistic perspective of what my life coaching clients require. I understand that people new to coaching and therapy need to feel safe, valued, heard, and understood so they can learn to trust not only me, but themselves, and the entire coaching process. I have been coaching for six years and have assisted a wide range of clients with their emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual concerns. I deeply respect where the client is at in their lives and start the coaching process from that point. Additionally, I aim to pace the experience according to my client's preferences and never try to impose my will or wants above the client. I also understand that change is a process that is dynamic, with many moving parts and must be approached with care in the coaching process. I help my clients to think clearly about what change means to them and then gently nudge them in the right direction. Beyond using coaching models, goals, and techniques, my first priority is to establish a trusting working alliance with clients so they can feel someone is on their side as they embark on the journey to change their lives. Once trust is established, then we may make use of specific skills and techniques to fine-tune the process.

I am Sabine, a national living for 20 years in Japan. Besides obtaining my coaching certificate in 2020, I am also having experience in various positions in supply chain management, Marketing, HR and Training.
