I am an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with over 500 hours of coaching experience, having supported more than 100 clients across a range of industries, mainly mid- to senior- level professionals. I also work with neurodivergent clients, adapting my approach to ensure clarity, structure and psychological safety. My early career was rooted in events and sales within hotel and private hospitality organisations, followed by running my own events and catering business. While these roles were commercially driven and performance-focused, I found myself consistently drawn to the human side of the work, supporting colleagues, understanding motivation, enabling others to perform at their best and supporting them in their professional development. I recognised that my strongest contribution lay not only in delivering results, but in developing people.
