I have served as Country Manager, General Manager, Regional Business Development Director, and Board Member, leading organizations through market entry, growth, restructuring, and transformation across the GCC and broader international markets. My corporate background includes leadership roles with global firms such as Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, SICE (ACS Group – Spain), DBI Services, and Polypipe Middle East. In these roles, I built businesses from the ground up, led cross-cultural teams, managed complex stakeholder environments, and delivered multimillion-dollar results in highly demanding contexts. These experiences deeply inform my coaching practice today—I coach from lived experience, not theory alone. Since 2018, I have been professionally coaching senior leaders, executives, founders, and high-potential professionals across industries and geographies.
