My expertise is organizational and business psychology​,​ based on an MSc degree from the University of Liverpool about the role of trust in gender differences and stress at work. The second strength is communication solutions and strategies in marketing​,​ PR​,​ public affairs, and campaigns. In my corporate consulting projects, I've consulted mostly executives and decision-makers​,​ training groups, and teams in campaigns. The main strengths are analysis and strategy that are exercised in practice through my own methods. I have developed my own change method (OAK) and coaching approach​​ based on findings from neuroscience​,​ positive psychology, and communication theory. I graduated in Mechanical Engineering. The essence of an engineer's role is to solve problems and make people's lives better. But I've made an adjustment after my graduation. I continued in engineering, but started working in the operations area, whose problem is to do more, better, with less resources. Performance is the keyword on Production. During my master's and doctoral studies in Production Engineering, I came across some works that, in general, pointed to the following question: if you want performance, you need to develop people. That's how I got into the world of people development. I'm still dealing with problems, but now I'm focusing on the performance of leaders and teams. So I say that I work with Human Performance! In this career journey I worked for large, medium and small corporations, as an employee or consultant. In parallel to this, I developed an academic and scientific career at the university. In addition to Coaching, Teaching and Human Development, I am passionate about the outdoors. In my leisure time I am a marathon runner and an amateur triathlete. Before embarking into my journey as a coach, my professional career afforded me vast experience working in different countries with diverse professionals from different cultures. I am a multilingual professional (Thai, English and Japanese), who have a long experience working in multiple roles within IT industry including product engineer, business development/planning and strategic sourcing manager specializing in Data Center, Cloud and AI business. I also have a background in Mergers & Acquisition (M&A) consulting and financial advisory services. As someone who entered the IT space accidentally, I truly believe in having a growth mindset, being open to exploring opportunities as well as having the courage to embark into the unknown, being out of comfort zone. I believe that the job of tomorrow may not exist today. Hence, it’s crucial to stay positive, adapt to the ever-changing world, and challenge oneself. Early in my career, I got a chance to be coached and discovered the tremendous benefits of coaching. I knew that I wanted to become a coach and that I could be helping others find their own voice and took charge of their own career. I also strongly believed that coaching skills I gained have helped me become a better listener and a leader. I have been leveraging these skills throughout my professional career. I have been coaching one-on-one since 2020 and obtained my credential as an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ICF-ACC) in 2021.
