I am a licensed Polarity, Feldenkrais, Somatic Experience, Sophrology and Neuro Affect Relationship Model therapist in Switzerland. I am also an accredited ICF & EMCC Professional Coach. I am certified in Leadership Circle, Leadership Embodiment, Point of Values, Agile Change and Project Management, Polarity Approach to Continuity and Transformation, Positive Intelligence, ADHD Coaching, Point of Values, Psychological Safety Scan, mBraining and Ontological Coaching. I have a postgraduate coaching qualification from the University of Cambridge. I am currently completing a Masters in Psychosynthesis Psychology and Organisational Development and Leadership Coaching. My corporate background was in information technology, start-ups, change management and business transformation. What led to my career as a coach and therapist was my own health recovery from fibromyalgia. I now facilitate transformation for a wide range of clients, particularly in the neurodiversity, autistic & ADHD community. Whether it is: leadership development, improving personal to team performance, improving soft skills/interpersonal relationships, wellbeing, health, happiness, learning, behavioural and relationship difficulties, stress, burn-out, anxiety or chronic health conditions. Stephen Porges' work has highlighted how our nervous system's quality of regulation greatly influences our way of being. The autonomic nervous system (ANS) is activated by our subconscious assessment of safety, known as neuroception. This triggers either thriving and expanding or surviving and conserving energy states. Ideally, our nervous system should function optimally during a neuroception of safety and only briefly during a neuroception of danger. However, the fast pace, uncertainties, and stresses of life often leave us in an unsafe state for long periods, leading to ANS dysregulation. This can be the underlying cause of many chronic physical, psychological, learning, and behavioral conditions. When we have a neuroception of 'safe', we can take the risks of life and show up in a way that ultimately improves the psychological safety of the external environments we are a part of. Improved psychological safety results in work environments where teams feel included, able to speak up, challenge, be creative, and make suggestions for improvement. Research has shown that teams that rate their psychological safety as high are high-performing, productive, considerate of each other, collaborative, have a sense of 'we are in this together,' and have high retention rates. Change comes from a combination of purpose and awareness of our being and becoming. This is why I work with you to increase your awareness of your neuro-biology to restore our ANS regulation and integrate your habitual patterns and behaviours that may no longer be serving you. By continually becoming a better observer of yourself, you empower yourself to change the hold your past has on your life, allowing you to regain our agency and choice. Therefore I also work with you and your values: what are the most important drives and motivators in your life, your higher purpose and how can you be of service to yourself and to humanity. I offer various neuro-somatic therapeutic modalities to work with you as a whole being. My bottom-up approach works through the body using senses, nervous system and emotional history to build new neuropathways for change. Modalities include Polarity, Feldenkrais, Somatic Experiencing, NARM, Sophrology, Sensory Processing, and I also provide ICF accredited training in Ontological Coaching and mBraining.

Deborah

ICF ACC Executive Coach, Business Psychologist and Leadership Consultant, working with leaders and leadership teams who are ready to do the deep work to develop genuine self-awareness and lead with intention and real clarity. I spent a decade in global financial services and tech across strategic sales, commercial and project management roles, partnering with executives in complex, high-pressure environments. Over time, I became less interested in the deals and more interested in the people behind them. What drives them, what holds them back and why some leaders flourish under pressure while others, equally capable, keep hitting the same ceiling. So I shifted. I retrained in psychology and coaching, completing an MSc in Psychology, an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Coaching and specialist certifications in Leadership Coaching and Somatic Practices, adding to my MSc in Finance. Alongside my own coaching practice, I work as an associate consultant with a psychology-led leadership development consultancy and a wellbeing and mental health consultancy. My clients often arrive asking: How do I step into a more senior role with real confidence? Why do I keep playing it safe when I know I'm capable of more? How do I build a team that actually performs? And how do I lead in a way that feels true to who I am? Why do I keep hitting the same wall? How do I move forward when I feel stuck? My approach is warm, direct and grounded in applied organisational psychology. Real growth rarely comes from more strategy or working harder. It comes from pausing and looking inward first.

Gaye

Here is your updated bio with a concise and integrated reference to adaptive leadership and vertical development, while maintaining clarity and professional positioning: --- Hi, I’m Gaye. I’m a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with over 15 years’ experience working with high achievers across personal and professional contexts. My clients are often seen by others as capable, confident and successful. What is less visible is the constant internal pressure they place on themselves. You may recognise this in your own experience—rarely pausing to acknowledge progress, while your inner dialogue remains highly critical and demanding. Over time, this creates unnecessary stress and can limit both performance and fulfilment. My coaching focuses on helping you shift that internal pattern. I work with you to build mental fitness, so you can respond to challenges with greater clarity, self-command and intention, rather than being driven by habitual self-criticism. This is not about surface-level positivity. It is about developing the capacity to sustain high performance without the personal cost. My approach is grounded in neuroscience and evidence-based coaching methodologies, including Positive Intelligence. I am also a qualified Mental Health First Aider, which supports a considered and responsible approach to wellbeing within high-performance environments. In addition to my coaching credentials, I bring a strong understanding of business and organisational dynamics. I have worked with professionals navigating complex roles, competing priorities and high levels of accountability, where performance expectations are high and environments are constantly evolving. I integrate contemporary leadership frameworks, including adaptive leadership and vertical development, into my coaching. In practice, this means helping you recognise when challenges require a different way of thinking rather than more effort, and supporting you to evolve how you interpret, respond and lead. The focus is not just on what you do, but on strengthening your capacity to think, decide and act with greater awareness and intention. Clients I work with are typically looking for more than insight. You want measurable shifts—in how you think, lead, make decisions and show up consistently. My role is to support you in achieving those outcomes in a way that is both sustainable and aligned with what matters to you. Coaching with me is engaging, focused and practical. You can expect challenge, reflection and forward movement, balanced with the space to think clearly and work through what is most important. If you are looking for a coaching partnership that understands both the internal and external demands of high performance, I welcome a conversation about how we might work together.

By using such open-ended clean questions, we could work together to clarify your goals, recognise your strengths, and address any obstacles that may be in your way. I was born and raised in California. Over the past five years, I have dedicated myself to transformational coaching: empowering leaders and teams to unlock their full potential and achieve their goals and aspirations via a journey of self-discovery. I've come to believe that coaching should be tailored to the individual and their unique circumstances, rather than adhering to a rigid one-size-fits-all approach. To this end, I draw from a diverse range of proven coaching theories and frameworks. This approach allows me to provide support that resonates with each client's specific needs and context. What happens next? I’d like to invite you to book a discovery call to experience what insights can emerge for you just by reflecting on a handful of simple, clean questions. Hi there, I’m a former female leader in tech and current certified coach with over 15 years of experience. My career has spanned tech, consulting, and financial services across Asia Pacific, where I’ve led high-performing teams, managed complex change initiatives, and built strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. I have a proven track record in people development, product adoption, and large-scale transformation - and a deep belief that meaningful success begins with human growth. As an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Co-Active Certified Coach (CPCC), I work with leaders, professionals, and entrepreneurs navigating transition, seeking clarity, or redesigning their relationship with work. My coaching style blends strategic clarity with emotional intelligence - equal parts reflective and action-oriented. Clients say they leave our sessions feeling both grounded and challenged, able to see themselves and their choices with new perspective. One Big 4 Partner described our work together as “a journey of self-discovery - every time she helps me identify a blind spot, I wonder how something so important has been sitting inside me all this while yet lost in plain sight.” A Director shared that my personalized, insightful approach “transformed my decision-making process,” while a Vice President in banking said I helped her “embrace vulnerability and reconnect with her sense of purpose.” My clients often tell me they feel deeply heard - that I listen without judgment, ask the questions that truly matter, and create a space where their inner voice becomes clearer. They appreciate that I bring both professional experience and personal depth: an understanding of the pressures of leadership, balanced with empathy, humor, and a calm, grounded presence. Outside of coaching, I’m passionate about female empowerment, financial inclusion, and helping people recover from burnout and career transitions. I volunteer as a pro bono coach for women entrepreneurs and professionals redefining success on their own terms. Whether you’re a senior leader growing your impact, a professional exploring what’s next, or someone ready to reconnect with meaning and momentum, I bring a coaching partnership that’s both strategic and deeply human - grounded in empathy, clarity, and the belief that lasting change begins within.

Since 2021, I have leadership development coaching to mid-senior level female leaders on building their confidence.   My passion for supporting women began when they approached me for coaching on leadership issues, always referencing in our conversations their struggles with confidence - no matter what level of seniority they held.   I could see how this challenge was compounded by the pressures they felt to look the part, especially when working in majority male industries and environments. Through coaching them, I began to recognise just how nuanced the problem was, and how their challenges with confidence impacted not just their career progression, but also their performance, productivity, sense of identity, mental health, wellbeing and retention in their roles, as well as the impact they made within their organisations.   Following that calling, I now support women in leadership in reconnecting with and embodying their personal power, overcoming imposter syndrome, building their leadership presence and influence, while also leveraging it: so that they can become the leader they want to be, creating the kind of career they aspire of and leave the legacy that they dream of, particularly in support of the younger women on their teams.   Since training as a coach and setting up my practice Ishoo Rajamohan Coaching in 2021, I have supported around 150 women in overcoming their challenges with confidence. From this work I have developed a framework called The Confidence Dynamic™ that helps women recognise and articulate what their issues when they lack confidence, and also how they can overcome it.    Having coached women from a variety of backgrounds - from corporate organisations to social enterprises, from civil servants and head teachers of schools to startup founders and women business owners - confidence is a challenge that impacts us across the board. Given that women struggle to speak up openly about their challenges with confidence, I now also deliver trainings in organisations, hoping to raise awareness of this issue amongst managers and employers and to empower women with the ability to recognise, articulate and overcome those challenges.   I am a former architect and pastry chef, now an accredited Foundation Coach with the Association for Coaching (UK) and a Mental Health First Aider. In 2023 I was appointed a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. In addition, I run the Co-Coaching Forum for the Association for Coaching in the Nordics. Although I am now based in Sweden, I coach exclusively online and continue to work with clients in the UK and across the globe. My coaching style has been described as calm and gentle, and coachees deeply appreciate my warm, reassuring presence and the space that I skilfully hold for them to achieve their desired outcomes. My work as a coach affirms what I have always known - that even though a coachee brings a very human challenge to work on during a session, I am invariably shown glimpses of their unique brilliance that they often don't see themselves. In addition, my intuitive approach brings deeper awareness to sessions: coachees not only gain clarity about what might be getting in their way, but also the full extent of their potential. Therefore, when accountability is what they require from me, I will always hold them to their ‘highest’, allowing them to take bold actions, strengthen their sense of personal power and project their authority outwards. Here is a summary of my qualifications and appointments 2023 - Fellow of The Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (UK) 2023 - Accredited Foundation Coach - Association for Coaching (UK) 2021 - Certified MOE Foundation Coach - Association for Coaching (UK) 2021 - Mental Health First Aider - MHFA England 2012 - Diploma in Intermediate Pâtisserie - Le Cordon Bleu London 2004 - MSc in Environmental Design of Buildings - Cardiff University (UK) 2002 - Bachelor of Architecture - Bangalore University (India)

I help leaders navigate complexity, transition, and high-stakes environments with greater clarity, confidence, and humanity. My work lives at the intersection of leadership, identity, wellness, and systems change—supporting individuals and organizations as they recalibrate toward more sustainable, aligned, and equitable ways of leading. I bring over 20 years of leadership experience across public service, coaching, consulting, and organizational development. Throughout my career, one thread has remained constant: a commitment to developing people and shaping environments where leaders can do their best work without sacrificing their well-being or values. Earlier in my career, I spent more than two decades in a large, mission-driven public sector organization, where I held leadership roles ranging from managing frontline teams to advising senior executives on talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and equity. In these roles, I led people through uncertainty, facilitated difficult conversations, and worked within complex systems where trust, accountability, and human dynamics were always central. One of my most formative roles focused on advancing equity within organizational talent systems. Partnering with senior leaders, I helped design inclusive leadership pipelines, strengthen mentorship and sponsorship practices, and embed equity considerations into decision-making processes. This work gave me a deep understanding of the structural barriers many leaders—particularly those from historically marginalized communities—encounter, and reinforced my commitment to helping people lead with both influence and integrity. In parallel, I served as a strategic leadership advisor, working with executive teams to align organizational vision with people-centered strategies. I supported initiatives related to leadership development, succession planning, culture change, and large-scale organizational transformation. Today, I lead Recalibrate LLC, a coaching and consulting practice dedicated to leadership development, organizational health, inclusive transformation, and wellness integration. I work with clients across the nonprofit, public, and private sectors who are navigating growth, change, or transition—and who want leadership support that is thoughtful, grounded, and practical. My approach is holistic and human-centered. Many of the leaders I support are carrying significant responsibility while navigating burnout, identity-related dynamics, evolving expectations, or uncertainty about what comes next. Coaching with me offers space to pause, reflect honestly, and move forward with intention. Together, we clarify priorities, strengthen leadership presence, and build strategies that are both effective and sustainable. I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation and a graduate of Georgetown University’s Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching program. I am also certified in the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 emotional intelligence assessments, which I use to support self-awareness, emotional intelligence development, and stronger relational leadership. In addition to my coaching and consulting work, I serve as a Commissioner on the Arlington County Human Rights Commission, contributing to efforts that promote equity and protect civil rights at the community level. This work grounds my practice in real-world systems and reinforces my belief that individual leadership growth and societal impact are deeply connected. At my core, I am passionate about helping leaders lead in ways that feel authentic, values-aligned, and human. I envision a future where leadership reflects the full richness of our communities—and where success is measured not only by outcomes, but by well-being, belonging, and purpose.
