I am a former educator-leader who recently founded my own coaching practice. As an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and a NeuroLeadership Institute-certified Brain-Based Coach, my coaching methodology is not only professionally and internationally benchmarked but also grounded in neuroscience and brain-based solutions. I am also a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach and Genos-certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, so I have the credentials and expertise to facilitate Strengths and Emotional Intelligence assessments, debrief and coaching sessions and/or workshops. Before I pivoted to coaching, I was in the education space for 23 years, and held leadership positions as a Head of Department in my school and an Assistant Director at the Curriculum Planning and Development Division of Singapore's Ministry of Education, where I led in policy work, curriculum planning and implementation, as well as teacher training. I'm particularly keen to journey with next-gen and emerging leaders, to support them in developing and discovering their own leadership identities.
