I graduated in Mechanical Engineering. The essence of an engineer's role is to solve problems and make people's lives better. But I've made an adjustment after my graduation. I continued in engineering, but started working in the operations area, whose problem is to do more, better, with less resources. Performance is the keyword on Production. During my master's and doctoral studies in Production Engineering, I came across some works that, in general, pointed to the following question: if you want performance, you need to develop people. That's how I got into the world of people development. I'm still dealing with problems, but now I'm focusing on the performance of leaders and teams. So I say that I work with Human Performance! In this career journey I worked for large, medium and small corporations, as an employee or consultant. In parallel to this, I developed an academic and scientific career at the university. In addition to Coaching, Teaching and Human Development, I am passionate about the outdoors. In my leisure time I am a marathon runner and an amateur triathlete. I use the learning and discipline of sports for my personal development. And of course, there's a super family in the middle of it all. I am married and father of two beautiful girls, twins!

I graduated from the American University of Beirut in 1994 with a degree in Public Administration. Shortly after, I joined the Beirut office of Engineering and Development Group (Edgo), a large family-owned conglomerate based in Jordan. Over the course of 10 years, I worked in various departments at Edgo, and then spent 15 years as the Chief Operating Officer of Razin Group Holding, the new owner of the conglomerate. Throughout my career, I have always had a strong interest in people and their stories, and I have had the privilege of mentoring and witnessing many individuals pursue their dreams within the corporate setting. In 2019, I was drawn to the world of coaching and became a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation.
