I am a Certified Masters Coach with the Corporate Coach Academy, an Associate Certified Coach under the International Coaching Federation and a member of the Malaysian Association of Certified Coaches. My focus is on Positive Life & Leadership coaching which is based on Positive Psychology principles that are focused on understanding one's purpose, values and strengths to succeed in life. Positive leadership is modeling, facilitating, and purposefully influencing positive emotions that encourage team members and employees to excel in their work. Positive teams work together more effectively. They stay positive, connected and committed through challenges. They maximise each other’s talent. Positive, high-performing teams don’t happen by accident. They are built by positive leaders who weed the negative and feed the positive. By also combining my passion in coaching and writing, I have written 3 self-help books titled "Be Happy Now", "Being Happy in Tough Times" and “Be Happy at Work” which are aimed at helping individuals understand that they can be happier and that they are responsible for their own happiness which can lead to greater productivity and success. To date, I have given talks on how to be happy at work to external organizations and was invited to talk at the annual Happiness Conference organized by the Happiness Initiative, a social enterprise based in Singapore that translates the science of happiness and well-being into actions that people can take. I also have experience that is focused on Leadership Development and Career Management to enable employees to perform at their highest potential. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Monash University and a Learning & Development diploma from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). My background is based on more than a decade of experience as a communications professional in strategic branding, public relations, corporate communications and project management. Here is your updated bio with a concise and integrated reference to adaptive leadership and vertical development, while maintaining clarity and professional positioning: --- Hi, I’m Gaye. I’m a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with over 15 years’ experience working with high achievers across personal and professional contexts. My clients are often seen by others as capable, confident and successful. What is less visible is the constant internal pressure they place on themselves. You may recognise this in your own experience—rarely pausing to acknowledge progress, while your inner dialogue remains highly critical and demanding. Over time, this creates unnecessary stress and can limit both performance and fulfilment. My coaching focuses on helping you shift that internal pattern. I work with you to build mental fitness, so you can respond to challenges with greater clarity, self-command and intention, rather than being driven by habitual self-criticism. This is not about surface-level positivity. It is about developing the capacity to sustain high performance without the personal cost. My approach is grounded in neuroscience and evidence-based coaching methodologies, including Positive Intelligence. I am also a qualified Mental Health First Aider, which supports a considered and responsible approach to wellbeing within high-performance environments. In addition to my coaching credentials, I bring a strong understanding of business and organisational dynamics. I have worked with professionals navigating complex roles, competing priorities and high levels of accountability, where performance expectations are high and environments are constantly evolving. I integrate contemporary leadership frameworks, including adaptive leadership and vertical development, into my coaching. In practice, this means helping you recognise when challenges require a different way of thinking rather than more effort, and supporting you to evolve how you interpret, respond and lead. The focus is not just on what you do, but on strengthening your capacity to think, decide and act with greater awareness and intention. Clients I work with are typically looking for more than insight. You want measurable shifts—in how you think, lead, make decisions and show up consistently. My role is to support you in achieving those outcomes in a way that is both sustainable and aligned with what matters to you. Coaching with me is engaging, focused and practical. You can expect challenge, reflection and forward movement, balanced with the space to think clearly and work through what is most important. If you are looking for a coaching partnership that understands both the internal and external demands of high performance, I welcome a conversation about how we might work together.

Since 2021, I have leadership development coaching to mid-senior level female leaders on building their confidence.   My passion for supporting women began when they approached me for coaching on leadership issues, always referencing in our conversations their struggles with confidence - no matter what level of seniority they held.   I could see how this challenge was compounded by the pressures they felt to look the part, especially when working in majority male industries and environments. Through coaching them, I began to recognise just how nuanced the problem was, and how their challenges with confidence impacted not just their career progression, but also their performance, productivity, sense of identity, mental health, wellbeing and retention in their roles, as well as the impact they made within their organisations.   Following that calling, I now support women in leadership in reconnecting with and embodying their personal power, overcoming imposter syndrome, building their leadership presence and influence, while also leveraging it: so that they can become the leader they want to be, creating the kind of career they aspire of and leave the legacy that they dream of, particularly in support of the younger women on their teams.   Since training as a coach and setting up my practice Ishoo Rajamohan Coaching in 2021, I have supported around 150 women in overcoming their challenges with confidence. From this work I have developed a framework called The Confidence Dynamic™ that helps women recognise and articulate what their issues when they lack confidence, and also how they can overcome it.    Having coached women from a variety of backgrounds - from corporate organisations to social enterprises, from civil servants and head teachers of schools to startup founders and women business owners - confidence is a challenge that impacts us across the board. Given that women struggle to speak up openly about their challenges with confidence, I now also deliver trainings in organisations, hoping to raise awareness of this issue amongst managers and employers and to empower women with the ability to recognise, articulate and overcome those challenges.   I am a former architect and pastry chef, now an accredited Foundation Coach with the Association for Coaching (UK) and a Mental Health First Aider. In 2023 I was appointed a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. In addition, I run the Co-Coaching Forum for the Association for Coaching in the Nordics. Although I am now based in Sweden, I coach exclusively online and continue to work with clients in the UK and across the globe. My coaching style has been described as calm and gentle, and coachees deeply appreciate my warm, reassuring presence and the space that I skilfully hold for them to achieve their desired outcomes. My work as a coach affirms what I have always known - that even though a coachee brings a very human challenge to work on during a session, I am invariably shown glimpses of their unique brilliance that they often don't see themselves. In addition, my intuitive approach brings deeper awareness to sessions: coachees not only gain clarity about what might be getting in their way, but also the full extent of their potential. Therefore, when accountability is what they require from me, I will always hold them to their ‘highest’, allowing them to take bold actions, strengthen their sense of personal power and project their authority outwards. Here is a summary of my qualifications and appointments 2023 - Fellow of The Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (UK) 2023 - Accredited Foundation Coach - Association for Coaching (UK) 2021 - Certified MOE Foundation Coach - Association for Coaching (UK) 2021 - Mental Health First Aider - MHFA England 2012 - Diploma in Intermediate Pâtisserie - Le Cordon Bleu London 2004 - MSc in Environmental Design of Buildings - Cardiff University (UK) 2002 - Bachelor of Architecture - Bangalore University (India)

I am a Professional & Personal Development Coach and Fractional Startup Leader with over a decade of experience scaling purpose-driven B2B SaaS companies from Seed to Series B+. My career has been defined by an intersection of commercial rigour and human-centric leadership, specifically within the Wellbeing and Ed-Tech sectors. I specialise in helping founders and senior leaders navigate the "chaos" of high-growth environments by building the clarity, resilience, and operational structures necessary for sustainable performance. A significant portion of my professional narrative was shaped at Unmind, a workplace mental health platform, where I served as Global Vice President of Client Success. Joining at an early stage, I built the post-sales function from its inception into a global operation spanning EMEA, NAMER, and APAC. During my tenure, I: - Scaled the function to manage £10m ARR while maintaining ~120% Net Revenue Retention (NRR). - Led a global team of 20+, serving enterprise clients such as Disney, BBC, and Diageo. - Partnered with the C-suite to raise $60m+ in VC funding and co-created the company’s 2026 strategy. - Successfully navigated complex M&A integrations and shifted the organization from a single to a multi-product offering. Since 2024, I have acted as a strategic advisor and fractional leader for several "tech for good" startups. This work allows me to apply my enterprise-level experience to leaner, fast-moving teams. Notable achievements include: - The Self Space: Transformed a fragmented B2B function into a strategic partner-success model, increasing NRR from 95% to over 110% and delivering £200k+ in forecasted growth. - Vitrue Health: Refreshed the sales narrative and client journey to generate £50k+ in immediate new revenue. - GoJoe: Re-engineered the operations model to unlock new revenue streams through insurer and enterprise partnerships. My transition into professional coaching was a natural evolution of my leadership style. As an EMCC Senior Practitioner (Accredited Diploma in Transformative Coaching with Animas Centre for coaching), I blend 10+ years of "in the trenches" executive experience with deep psychological insights. I currently serve as a entry to Founder level Coach & Advisor, where I guide people on their growth journey, support strategic decision-making, and help develop the personal resilience required to flourish at work and beyond. My coaching approach is systemic and strengths-based, focusing on: - Leadership Confidence & Presence: Helping people a transition into high-stakes roles. - Values-Led Performance: Aligning commercial goals with personal and organisational wellbeing. I hold a BA (Hons) from the University of Nottingham and maintain a commitment to continuous professional development through ongoing supervision and membership in the EMCC UK. I am a firm believer that the most successful companies are those that prioritise both their people and their profit, and I am dedicated to coaching the next generation of leaders to achieve that balance.

Hi there, I’m a former female leader in tech and current certified coach with over 15 years of experience. My career has spanned tech, consulting, and financial services across Asia Pacific, where I’ve led high-performing teams, managed complex change initiatives, and built strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. I have a proven track record in people development, product adoption, and large-scale transformation - and a deep belief that meaningful success begins with human growth. As an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Co-Active Certified Coach (CPCC), I work with leaders, professionals, and entrepreneurs navigating transition, seeking clarity, or redesigning their relationship with work. My coaching style blends strategic clarity with emotional intelligence - equal parts reflective and action-oriented. Clients say they leave our sessions feeling both grounded and challenged, able to see themselves and their choices with new perspective. One Big 4 Partner described our work together as “a journey of self-discovery - every time she helps me identify a blind spot, I wonder how something so important has been sitting inside me all this while yet lost in plain sight.” A Director shared that my personalized, insightful approach “transformed my decision-making process,” while a Vice President in banking said I helped her “embrace vulnerability and reconnect with her sense of purpose.” My clients often tell me they feel deeply heard - that I listen without judgment, ask the questions that truly matter, and create a space where their inner voice becomes clearer. They appreciate that I bring both professional experience and personal depth: an understanding of the pressures of leadership, balanced with empathy, humor, and a calm, grounded presence. Outside of coaching, I’m passionate about female empowerment, financial inclusion, and helping people recover from burnout and career transitions. I volunteer as a pro bono coach for women entrepreneurs and professionals redefining success on their own terms. Whether you’re a senior leader growing your impact, a professional exploring what’s next, or someone ready to reconnect with meaning and momentum, I bring a coaching partnership that’s both strategic and deeply human - grounded in empathy, clarity, and the belief that lasting change begins within.

My expertise is in transformational, trauma-informed coaching, focusing on the personal awareness as a basis for leadership growth and on strengthening the Human behind the Professional. I coach below “the iceberg”, exploring the emotions, beliefs & purpose before we go back to the surface to designing new actions & behaviours. I specialise in supporting women navigate life & career transitions (like first time management, promotions, returning to work after a break, perimenopause), express & develop their authentic leadership style, better emotional intelligence at work and handling change & uncertainty. In addition, “I speak tech” as a former project and product manager myself and I understand the pressure and the systems that middle managers and team leads navigate, the way they are sandwiched and pulled in different directions especially while undergoing periodic organisation wide transformation.

My coaching practice is based on three global certifications - Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with ICF, USA, Project Management Professional (PMP) with PMI, USA, and Change Management Certification with Prosci, USA. Prior to coaching, I have over 12 years of extensive experience as a communications and marketing leader. In my last role as ‘Chief Knowledge Officer’ of an international e-commerce firm, I was reporting to the CEO and heading 3 divisions. My education includes an MBA, specializing in organizational leadership, from the University of Western Australia, and an MPA, specializing in public policy leadership, from National University of Singapore. I have delivered 2 TEDx talks on culture and storytelling. I am a mindfulness trainer, and an award-winning writer, with an upcoming book on leadership in the digital age. I have researched best practices in remote work, and am excited about coaching leaders who are building world class and highly engaged remote teams.
