I graduated in Mechanical Engineering. The essence of an engineer's role is to solve problems and make people's lives better. But I've made an adjustment after my graduation. I continued in engineering, but started working in the operations area, whose problem is to do more, better, with less resources. Performance is the keyword on Production. During my master's and doctoral studies in Production Engineering, I came across some works that, in general, pointed to the following question: if you want performance, you need to develop people. Before embarking into my journey as a coach, my professional career afforded me vast experience working in different countries with diverse professionals from different cultures. I am a multilingual professional (Thai, English and Japanese), who have a long experience working in multiple roles within IT industry including product engineer, business development/planning and strategic sourcing manager specializing in Data Center, Cloud and AI business. I also have a background in Mergers & Acquisition (M&A) consulting and financial advisory services. As someone who entered the IT space accidentally, I truly believe in having a growth mindset, being open to exploring opportunities as well as having the courage to embark into the unknown, being out of comfort zone. I believe that the job of tomorrow may not exist today. Hence, it’s crucial to stay positive, adapt to the ever-changing world, and challenge oneself. Early in my career, I got a chance to be coached and discovered the tremendous benefits of coaching. I knew that I wanted to become a coach and that I could be helping others find their own voice and took charge of their own career. I also strongly believed that coaching skills I gained have helped me become a better listener and a leader. I have been leveraging these skills throughout my professional career.
