I spent the first decade of my career in various roles based in Asia-Pacific working in the corporate world within fast-paced, high-performance environments notably at LinkedIn and Korn Ferry. At the start of 2018, I founded my own coaching and leadership development company centred on helping emerging leaders and businesses fly. In 2023, I relocated to Europe with my family and feel lucky to be able to continue to work with individuals and teams from around the world. In my experience I find people come to coaching to help create clarity, broaden perspectives, sharpen awareness and create a strong sense of self.
