As a People and Culture professional, certified coach, and experienced trainer, I am passionate about helping individuals grow into the best versions of themselves. My coaching journey began in 2020, when colleagues would often seek me out not just for HR advice, but for honest conversations about their growth, doubts, and next steps. Many shared that I listened differently, held space without judgment, and asked questions that made them think deeper. Since then, I’ve coached individuals from all walks of life, each with their own stories, struggles, and strengths. What energizes me most is witnessing the moment someone reconnects with their potential and steps into who they’re meant to be. With my background in HR, leadership development, and facilitation, I’m committed to walking alongside others as they grow with purpose and clarity.

Life and coaching are both about change and transition. I’ve learned to help clients manage their most significant transitions because my life has been a continuous transition between languages, countries and jobs. When I was seven, I changed my primary language to Romanian. Then, when I was seventeen, I moved from Moldova to Romania. Later, I graduated from Finance and Banking, worked in sales, and managed teams. When I struggled as a manager, with 70+ hours weekly at work, I grabbed Daniel Goleman’s book, The New Leaders: Transforming the Art of Leadership, between the flights in Frankfurt. I didn’t know that it would change my life. This book was all about the power of coaching and how CEOs and C-suite executives were able to use coaching to achieve great results. Finally, I was convinced and told myself I needed to work with a coach too. After a while, when my manager asked me what I needed to be more successful in overcoming my struggles, that was the first thing I requested from him. Working with a coach was a bitter-sweet experience because I had to overcome resistance to change how I perceived the world and my work activity, which led me to realign my life to do the work I am passionate about. And now, I’ve become a coach to do precisely the same for my clients. I added coaching to my professional development six years ago and invested more than 600 hours into coach training and mentoring programs. Since then, I’ve worked with individual contributors, leaders and teams from different industries and countries to improve their work performance and well-being, communication and collaboration, make career plans, and complete career transitions successfully. In our sessions, you will use my skills—deep listening, reflecting back, making observations and asking questions—to acknowledge your strengths and move forward boldly towards your aspirations. It will be a journey where we both learn and discover those minor adjustments that can significantly impact how you experience life. I’ve drawn three essential words from my life experience – listening, trust and focus. Once I’ve learned to really listen to other people’s needs to build authentic, trusting relationships, I could focus on realistic and achievable milestones. When I am not coaching, I love reading, taking long walks in the park nearby and playing chess.

I have coached professionals from Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and North America, helping them succeed in global, multicultural, and hybrid work environments. What My Clients Can Expect When working with me, clients can expect a structured yet empathetic partnership. Sessions are designed to build clarity, unlock potential, and translate insights into actionable strategies. Mathieu
Mozzo, Bergamo, Italy
Languages: English, French, Italian

In a nutshell: 15 years in the humanitarian sector mostly in top management, specializing in team empowerment and resource optimization within high-stakes environments. Now based near Bergamo, Italy, I continue my commitment to impactful change through individual coaching (my passion!) and climate-focused consultancy. In more details: As far as I remember, I had no idea where I was heading. With a generalist training from a French business school, I ended up working in a clutch factory, lost in an industrial polygon near the Madrid suburbs, which as a non-Spanish-speaker proved quite the experience. 2 years later, rather than getting promoted to an office job paving the way for a bright and respectable future, I joined the ranks of MSF (doctors without borders). Without notice, I got sent to Haiti while the earth was still shaking from the 2010 earthquake. A life-changing moment, on all levels. I experienced the field, the people, the thrill. 3 missions and a few security situations later, I went back to HQ in Paris. We then moved to Senegal for 5 years, participating in the rise of Alima (an MSF-like NGO). The day we got back to Europe as our 3rd child was close to join the family, I said “no more finance unless msf opens a great job in Barcelona”. 3 month later I started as finance director of MSF in Barcelona. Further away from the field, still close to people, but in need for more. During lockdown 2020, that urge materialized when I discovered deep-breathing… which led me to sign up for a master’s degree in emotional intelligence and coaching. How does coaching respond to my aspirations? It's at the same time a work of art (ritual, improvisation, flow), a balance (trust space, continuous self-learning) and a social commitment (one to one qualitative experience, pro bono, accompanying others). During sessions we create quality spaces, through trust and active listening: building these experiences is an exciting way to serve. I moved to Italy to write a new life chapter, during which I get back, through coaching, to the kind of excitement I felt at the beginning of my humanitarian path.

Angeline

Languages: English

My name's Angeline, and I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I am also a certified Holistic Life, Career & Executive Coach, and help working professionals get to the next level in their career. Perhaps an employee feels stuck in what they're doing and would like to try something different, or perhaps they have the potential or desire to get to the next level or move to a different role but aren't quite sure how. I can work with them to get more clarity in where it is they want to get to, how to get there, and work together (and hold them accountable) as they take the steps to getting there. I also have a programme that offers a structure and additional resources to help guide them towards their goal. This programme will help them: - Get more clarity on what "getting to the next level" means for them - Manage the inner voice that prevents them from taking the steps they want to take, and start taking action - Move towards their goal by taking appropriate next steps, and stretching their comfort zone - Set up a professional support system for themselves so that they can move forward more confidently, even beyond our coaching sessions ------------------ BACKGROUND ------------------ Before becoming ICF certified, I was an Agile Business Analyst and Coach, and had been coaching teams, individuals and clients for about 6 years. I have worked with clients from multiple countries, including Singapore, the United States, Australia, India, and Hong Kong. In working with my clients, I have helped them in both in the personal and career context. After working with me and going through one of my coaching progammes, a client received feedback from her peers about how she seemed more confident, and was also offered the opportunity to be groomed to a higher position after a conversation with a higher-up on her concerns and needs. I look forward to working with my clients to similarly help them figure out the direction they want to go in, and start taking steps to overcome the internal or external challenges that they face in order to do so. I believe that although everyone faces challenging times, personal growth and development through coaching can help you better handle the challenges that you face in both your personal and professional lives, and in the path of discovering and becoming the best version of yourself! ------------------ CLIENT TESTIMONIALS ------------------ “I feel truly fortunate to have Angeline as a coach! Her empathetic demeanor and inquisitiveness helps to bring out the best in me, which has led to some of my most profound growth over the past several months. She cares about her clients, listens with the utmost care, and knows what to say at the right moments. If you want a coach who creates an encouraging and supportive environment to foster growth, then Angeline is your coach!” - Derrick Snow (US) ------------------ "I've had the pleasure of working with Angeline over the last few months, and the experience has been enriching and rewarding. Her programme is well structured, and is intentionally designed to help you gain clarity of the areas to work on as you move toward your goals. This structure is complemented by well curated resources that Angeline provides pre- and post-coaching, which have been instrumental in spurring further personal reflection, insight, and action. As a coach, she has an empathetic and compassionate demeanour, which are wonderful qualities that fostered a safe environment in supporting my journey of self-discovery and growth. Through her gentle probing and insightful reflections, she has helped me turn my ideas and aspirations into reality, while ensuring self-accountability in the process. " - Melissa Leong (Singapore) ------------------ “Angeline is an inspiring and thought-provoking human being and coach. She creates a safe space to explore ideas, focussing on solutions and holding oneself accountable to help turn ideas into reality. [...] I would recommend Angeline in a heartbeat.” - Tracey Laba (Australia)

I am sharing a handful of client testimonials for your perusal! Sierra Trance, Head of Customer Success, Penbrothers International Inc. Location: Philippines Industry: B2B Offshoring Services "I am thrilled to share my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional leadership coaching provided by Patrick during my first year at Penbrothers. In the realm of leadership development, Patrick has been an indispensable guide. His insights and strategies have not only refined my leadership skills but have also helped me foster a positive and collaborative work environment. This invaluable support has played a pivotal role in my growth as a leader within the organization. Navigating leadership transitions can be a challenging feat, but with Patrick’s guidance, the process became seamless. His thoughtful advice facilitated a smooth integration into my new role, allowing me to confidently take on new responsibilities. What sets him apart is his commitment to transformational coaching. His approach goes beyond conventional coaching, delving deep into unlocking one's full potential. This transformative journey has empowered me to not only meet but exceed my professional goals, marking a significant impact on my career trajectory. His keen focus on individual growth, coupled with strategic guidance, has been the compass steering me through challenges and propelling me toward opportunities for advancement. I consider Patrick as my career “sherpa” more than a leadership coach I never knew I needed, and I’m forever grateful for being his coachee." Josef Werker, Co-Founder and CEO, Humble Sustainability Location: Philippines and Singapore Industry: Circular Economy Startup, Climate Technology, Sustainability. "I’ve had transformational business coaching with Patrick for the past 2 years and I’ve achieved more in 2 years than the previous 30 combined, it has been the steepest phase of growth from my entire career by a mile. He doesn't tell me what to do, the solutions are often in my own head, but clouded by distraction. The first step for me was to be able to speak with complete openness - Patrick makes this easier because of his humble, kind, and empathetic nature, which gave me the assurance that I could open up with the knowledge that there is zero judgement. From there - he touches on his own past experiences and asks the key questions that help me think a little differently. Most importantly, we have clear actions, which ensures there’s tangible and consistent progress. Having someone to speak to who helps me see things clearly seems so simple, yet it has been genuinely transformational. Not only am I improving as a leader and teammate in the workplace, but I am also becoming a better family member and above all, a happier and healthier person. Over the course of 2 years, I have been able to identify my personal and professional goals, and even achieved a few of them. Patrick has helped me navigate through challenging times and see clarity with regards to what I want. I recognize that coaching is a long-term commitment, but I genuinely feel that I am moving towards maximizing my potential with every session. I was not a believer in executive coaching but now I know there’s no way I would be where I am if it were not for him. Because of this, Patrick then went on to coach the management teams at both Penbrothers and now Humble - the feedback and results have been excellent. If you don't already, I encourage you to speak to someone openly on a regular basis. If you haven’t found the right person yet, I strongly recommend having a chat with Patrick."
