Mathieu
Mozzo, Bergamo, Italy
Languages: English, French, Italian

In a nutshell: 15 years in the humanitarian sector mostly in top management, specializing in team empowerment and resource optimization within high-stakes environments. Now based near Bergamo, Italy, I continue my commitment to impactful change through individual coaching (my passion!) and climate-focused consultancy. In more details: As far as I remember, I had no idea where I was heading. With a generalist training from a French business school, I ended up working in a clutch factory, lost in an industrial polygon near the Madrid suburbs, which as a non-Spanish-speaker proved quite the experience. 2 years later, rather than getting promoted to an office job paving the way for a bright and respectable future, I joined the ranks of MSF (doctors without borders). Without notice, I got sent to Haiti while the earth was still shaking from the 2010 earthquake. A life-changing moment, on all levels. I experienced the field, the people, the thrill. 3 missions and a few security situations later, I went back to HQ in Paris. We then moved to Senegal for 5 years, participating in the rise of Alima (an MSF-like NGO). The day we got back to Europe as our 3rd child was close to join the family, I said “no more finance unless msf opens a great job in Barcelona”. 3 month later I started as finance director of MSF in Barcelona. Further away from the field, still close to people, but in need for more. During lockdown 2020, that urge materialized when I discovered deep-breathing… which led me to sign up for a master’s degree in emotional intelligence and coaching. How does coaching respond to my aspirations? It's at the same time a work of art (ritual, improvisation, flow), a balance (trust space, continuous self-learning) and a social commitment (one to one qualitative experience, pro bono, accompanying others). During sessions we create quality spaces, through trust and active listening: building these experiences is an exciting way to serve. I moved to Italy to write a new life chapter, during which I get back, through coaching, to the kind of excitement I felt at the beginning of my humanitarian path.

My coaching centres on leadership — helping leaders at all levels develop the clarity, confidence and capability their next step requires. Whether that's a first-time manager finding their footing, a mid-level leader navigating complex stakeholder dynamics, or a senior leader guiding their department through change, I adapt to the person and the moment. I bring over a decade of individual and team coaching experience across a wide range of contexts (technology, financial services, manufacturing, logistics, consumer goods, agri-tech and more) working with leaders across Australasia, Asia, the Middle East and Europe. I have also designed and led a six-month leadership growth programme centred on adaptive leadership and innovation. My qualifications include ICF accreditation (ACC), conflict management coaching, systems coaching (ORSC) and extended DISC. I co-led a published coaching research programme spanning three continents that demonstrated a 9% increase in cognitive ability (including problem-solving and collaboration) and have presented findings at conferences across the Asia-Pacific. Behind the coaching sits a varied professional background spanning IT, project management, software development and aircraft maintenance (across organisations from start-ups to large corporations in Europe and APAC). The breadth means different industries rarely feel unfamiliar, and approaches proven in one world often bring fresh thinking to another. --- **Testimonials** "I am no longer just reacting to situations; I am consciously choosing my approach to achieve the best outcome for my team and the business." "Alan helped me navigate uncertainties I had around a career change. Thanks to the work we did, I gained better clarity over the direction I wanted to take and a better understanding of behavioural patterns I have at work, how to spot them and potentially correct them."

Angeline

Languages: English

My name's Angeline, and I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I am also a certified Holistic Life, Career & Executive Coach, and help working professionals get to the next level in their career. Perhaps an employee feels stuck in what they're doing and would like to try something different, or perhaps they have the potential or desire to get to the next level or move to a different role but aren't quite sure how. I can work with them to get more clarity in where it is they want to get to, how to get there, and work together (and hold them accountable) as they take the steps to getting there. I also have a programme that offers a structure and additional resources to help guide them towards their goal. This programme will help them: - Get more clarity on what "getting to the next level" means for them - Manage the inner voice that prevents them from taking the steps they want to take, and start taking action - Move towards their goal by taking appropriate next steps, and stretching their comfort zone - Set up a professional support system for themselves so that they can move forward more confidently, even beyond our coaching sessions ------------------ BACKGROUND ------------------ Before becoming ICF certified, I was an Agile Business Analyst and Coach, and had been coaching teams, individuals and clients for about 6 years. I have worked with clients from multiple countries, including Singapore, the United States, Australia, India, and Hong Kong. In working with my clients, I have helped them in both in the personal and career context. After working with me and going through one of my coaching progammes, a client received feedback from her peers about how she seemed more confident, and was also offered the opportunity to be groomed to a higher position after a conversation with a higher-up on her concerns and needs. I look forward to working with my clients to similarly help them figure out the direction they want to go in, and start taking steps to overcome the internal or external challenges that they face in order to do so. I believe that although everyone faces challenging times, personal growth and development through coaching can help you better handle the challenges that you face in both your personal and professional lives, and in the path of discovering and becoming the best version of yourself! ------------------ CLIENT TESTIMONIALS ------------------ “I feel truly fortunate to have Angeline as a coach! Her empathetic demeanor and inquisitiveness helps to bring out the best in me, which has led to some of my most profound growth over the past several months. She cares about her clients, listens with the utmost care, and knows what to say at the right moments. If you want a coach who creates an encouraging and supportive environment to foster growth, then Angeline is your coach!” - Derrick Snow (US) ------------------ "I've had the pleasure of working with Angeline over the last few months, and the experience has been enriching and rewarding. Her programme is well structured, and is intentionally designed to help you gain clarity of the areas to work on as you move toward your goals. This structure is complemented by well curated resources that Angeline provides pre- and post-coaching, which have been instrumental in spurring further personal reflection, insight, and action. As a coach, she has an empathetic and compassionate demeanour, which are wonderful qualities that fostered a safe environment in supporting my journey of self-discovery and growth. Through her gentle probing and insightful reflections, she has helped me turn my ideas and aspirations into reality, while ensuring self-accountability in the process. Minh Ngọc is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) who works with women in leadership roles who carry significant responsibility—often for businesses, teams, or families—and feel the emotional weight that comes with it. Her coaching focuses on the inner side of leadership: clarity, self-trust, and the ability to make decisions that come from alignment rather than pressure, expectation, or fear. Minh Ngọc supports clients who appear capable on the outside but feel conflicted, constrained, or quietly exhausted on the inside. With a background as a former CEO and social entrepreneur, Minh Ngọc understands leadership not only as a role, but as a lived experience—especially when responsibility is inherited, shared, or difficult to step away from. Her work integrates professional coaching with a deep understanding of emotional dynamics, relationships, and personal authority. Minh Ngọc’s coaching style is calm, grounded, and direct. She does not tell clients who to be or what to choose. Instead, she creates a space where leaders can slow down, listen inwardly, and reconnect with the version of themselves that leads with clarity and integrity. She works in English and Vietnamese, and welcomes clients who are ready to explore leadership in a deeper, more personal way.

I help executives lead without losing themselves. I am a licensed psychologist and executive coach who bridges the gap between clinical depth and boardroom reality. After 20 years as a Fortune 500 Talent Leader, I understand the psychology behind high-stakes leadership—and the cost it exacts. Today, I partner with C-suite leaders and high-potentials across EMEA to master role transitions, build authentic executive presence, and navigate complexity without burning out. My approach is "identity architecture": psychologically rigorous, strategically sharp, and built for leaders who need more than tactical advice. Backed by advanced training in group analysis and organizational psychology, I serve as a trusted advisor to clients ranging from rising managers to enterprise-wide executives.

Executive Coach for Senior Leaders | Scaling from Functional Excellence to Enterprise Leadership I work with senior leaders navigating critical transitions — particularly those stepping from strong functional roles into broader, enterprise-level leadership positions. My focus is on helping experienced operators expand their impact beyond execution: strengthening enterprise thinking, influencing across functions, and leading at a more strategic, organisational level. Clients I work with are often already high-performing. Our work is about unlocking the next level of leadership — not by adding more, but by shifting how they think, lead, and operate. I bring over two decades of leadership experience across multiple sectors and geographies, working with corporate leaders, growth-stage companies, and international organisations, including financial institutions. My approach is structured but adaptive — typically combining focused 1:1 coaching with stakeholder alignment where appropriate, ensuring development is both personally meaningful and organisationally relevant. Typical engagements involve 6–12 sessions aligned to a specific leadership transition or development objective. Josef Werker, Co-Founder & CEO, Humble Sustainability “I’ve achieved more in 2 years than the previous 30 combined — the steepest phase of growth in my career by a mile.” Sierra Trance, Head of Customer Success, Penbrothers “Patrick’s coaching was pivotal in my transition into a new leadership role — enabling me to confidently take on broader responsibilities and significantly impact my organisation.”
