She has worked with clients from various industries all over the world, focusing on managers in their early- to mid-level careers. With a background in holistic psychology, coaching, and yoga and meditation, Katrin offers a wide array of tools and methods. Her approach is integrative, also encompassing mind, body, and emotional experiences. She blends evidence-based cognitive coaching methods from positive psychology and cutting-edge neuroscience with ancient spiritual wisdom to facilitate growth and learning. As a writer in the field of mental health, Katrin is also well established in different therapeutic approaches and methods also supportive in coaching, such as cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy.
