My clients mostly come from large organizations (BCG, Exxon, UNICEF, Oracle, CGI, Dutch Police, Dutch hospitals, Dutch Higher education, Sabic, Firmenich, Gartner, Booking.com), yet I also work with SME's and professionals like lawyers, surgeons, neurologists, etc. Most of the time the subject of coaching is work related, but it's not uncommon to include the realm of relationships, for which I did the Arbinger Mastery training: "All change is in relation to others". I was drawn to coaching starting from teaching karate. I have a 2nd degree karate black belt and just wanted to become better and better. After my formal coach training I finished my Psychology degree, after which I started studying food (as medicine) because I think that's very important for our wellbeing and philosophy courses to include the art of living in supporting my clients. I work with a blend of Co-Active Coaching, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Existential experiential Coaching. Some say I have a sharp edge that's not for everyone, some thank me for my raw male energy. I like to think I am generally a nice guy with direct Dutch approach and a good sense of humor.
