Hello! As a compassionate guide in personal transformation and business growth, I am here to support you on a journey of profound change—whether you are seeking to deepen your self-understanding, develop resilience, or achieve sustainable business success. – Master’s degree in psychology and certified ICF PCC business coach – Over 1800 hours of individual and group coaching experience – Author of the workbooks PRO GOALS, PRO Emotions, and Gratitude Journal: A Deep Journey Through Six Levels of Appreciation – Author of Insight, a coaching game – Business and coaching mentor at Teleport Genius Marketing and Proryv with Margulan Seisembaev – Mentor to coaches at the International Integral Coaching School – Business owner in education, fashion, and e-commerce Who can benefit from working with me? I work with entrepreneurs and professionals who are ready for deep, transformative work on their inner mindset. My unconventional approach goes beyond setting goals and achieving financial success—it’s about fostering true personal transformation and aligning with your core values. Together, we create sustainable change that resonates with both your inner and outer worlds. In our work together, we explore essential questions like, “Who am I at my core?” “Where am I headed?” and “How can I live to my fullest potential?” Rather than merely addressing surface-level “pain points,” we delve into self-discovery, creating a profound connection with your inner self and the world around you. This holistic approach fosters natural, lasting transformation without forcing change. I typically work in long-term partnerships, as I see an individual and their inner world as an interconnected system where each element influences the others. It’s important not just to treat the symptoms (taking “painkillers”) but to undergo a comprehensive transformation—completely reshaping your life and mindset. In the psyche, there are no “unimportant details.” However, I also work in shorter-term engagements and still deliver high-impact results. On average, my clients see a 148% increase in business performance or revenue after six group coaching sessions. My core areas of expertise include: Team Building • Empowering your team to achieve synergy and resilience • Building a sustainable business system • Proactivity and taking action We achieve high results through gentle mindset shifts, where changes happen naturally, without pressure or excessive effort on your part. Delegation • Supporting you to delegate with confidence, enhancing your leadership capabilities • Overcoming the “I can do everything by myself” mentality By cultivating trust in yourself and embracing mistakes as part of the growth process, you can empower your team without feeling the need to “parent” them. This shift enables your business to grow and scale organically, creating a work environment that fosters autonomy and innovation. Money Mindset • Breaking through income ceilings and redefining your relationship with wealth • Addressing constant feelings of scarcity and lack • Avoiding saving at the expense of your well-being In my work on money mindset, clients experience breakthroughs in their income and business performance. For instance, I have supported entrepreneurs in increasing their revenue by up to 8 times and attracting essential investments that drive business growth. We work deeply to reshape beliefs around money, leading to tangible, long-lasting results. Work-Life Balance • Preventing burnout • Implementing regular rest and personal time • Bringing variety into your life • Building a healthy routine—exercise, daily schedule, sleep • Traveling Life will become full of color and variety, giving you an additional boost in all other areas. Relationships • Strengthening relationships with your partner • Enhancing relationships with children • Building lasting friendships Our work together will enhance your ability to communicate openly, set healthy boundaries, and build lasting connections in both your personal and professional life. If you’re ready to embark on a journey that can help you elevate your income, build stronger teams, and create a life rich with purpose and balance, I invite you to connect. Together, let’s explore how we can create similarly impactful results for you.

Having been in senior leadership roles over the past 20 years I learned the hard way that leadership by "coaching" is a massive improvement on any other form of leadership! So I made sure I took the necessary courses and became ICF certified as I believe the most influential thing I can do with my life is helping people to become better leaders and people by journeying alongside them. As a coach I help executives, business owners, and other professionals maximize their potential and achieve their goals.I will journey with you as you assess situations, understand your needs, and will provide sound advice and guidance for successful decision-making. I will create a safe, supportive, and productive environment where I am able to provide honest feedback in a non-judgmental manner that allows you to explore your thoughts and feelings without fear. Together we will have a deep understanding of the challenges you face and help you come up with and implement effective strategies to overcome challenges. Your ability to identify key goals and objectives and develop action plans for success is what I regard as important. The coaching process I employ is all about you and what you want to achieve or discuss. The ability to motivate and inspire you to reach your goals is at the heart of what I do and who I am. I started my corporate career as a purchasing manager, then took on the challenge of creating a marketing department for a new business unit. A restructuring gave me the opportunity to become Sales Manager. Since then, professional development has been my main focus. How to help people to be the best they can be, how to inspire them while managing them, how to control them while encouraging them to perform. I trained in neuro-linguistic programming and then in coaching because I realized the power of these methods to support people who want to give their professional life a boost. Since then I helps executives to develop their leadership, improve their communication skills, manage transitions, feel confident in their role and embody a new function. Helping people to set themselves in motion to achieve their goals, while respecting their individuality is so important for me. As an accredited systemic coach, I’m also taking into consideration the whole organization when I work with individuals or teams. Guiding people to find their own solutions by aligning their heart, their mind and their guts is my job as PCC certified coach (ICF). That’s how my clients find their own ways to reconnect with the joy in their work, to organise themselves to be more efficient at work while keeping time for themselves, to become the manager they dream of, to dare to assert themselves in meetings and/or in a team…

What led to my career as a coach and therapist was my own health recovery from fibromyalgia. I now facilitate transformation for a wide range of clients, particularly in the neurodiversity, autistic & ADHD community. Whether it is: leadership development, improving personal to team performance, improving soft skills/interpersonal relationships, wellbeing, health, happiness, learning, behavioural and relationship difficulties, stress, burn-out, anxiety or chronic health conditions. Stephen Porges' work has highlighted how our nervous system's quality of regulation greatly influences our way of being. The autonomic nervous system (ANS) is activated by our subconscious assessment of safety, known as neuroception. This triggers either thriving and expanding or surviving and conserving energy states. Ideally, our nervous system should function optimally during a neuroception of safety and only briefly during a neuroception of danger. However, the fast pace, uncertainties, and stresses of life often leave us in an unsafe state for long periods, leading to ANS dysregulation. This can be the underlying cause of many chronic physical, psychological, learning, and behavioral conditions. When we have a neuroception of 'safe', we can take the risks of life and show up in a way that ultimately improves the psychological safety of the external environments we are a part of. Improved psychological safety results in work environments where teams feel included, able to speak up, challenge, be creative, and make suggestions for improvement. Research has shown that teams that rate their psychological safety as high are high-performing, productive, considerate of each other, collaborative, have a sense of 'we are in this together,' and have high retention rates. Change comes from a combination of purpose and awareness of our being and becoming. This is why I work with you to increase your awareness of your neuro-biology to restore our ANS regulation and integrate your habitual patterns and behaviours that may no longer be serving you. By continually becoming a better observer of yourself, you empower yourself to change the hold your past has on your life, allowing you to regain our agency and choice. Therefore I also work with you and your values: what are the most important drives and motivators in your life, your higher purpose and how can you be of service to yourself and to humanity. I offer various neuro-somatic therapeutic modalities to work with you as a whole being. My bottom-up approach works through the body using senses, nervous system and emotional history to build new neuropathways for change. Modalities include Polarity, Feldenkrais, Somatic Experiencing, NARM, Sophrology, Sensory Processing, and I also provide ICF accredited training in Ontological Coaching and mBraining.
