Amanda Hahn brings a deeply human perspective to her work, shaped by a career spent inside complex organizations and a personal journey of growth, curiosity, and continual learning. Before becoming a coach and educator, Amanda spent more than 25 years in corporate retail, working in fast-paced, high-accountability environments. She led and participated in enterprise-wide system implementations, large-scale change initiatives, and periods of significant organizational transformation. Along the way, she experienced firsthand what it feels like to carry responsibility, navigate uncertainty, adapt to constant change, and balance ambition with sustainability. Those experiences sparked a deeper curiosity about people—how they grow, how they lead, and how they stay grounded when the pressure is on. Amanda’s path eventually led her back to graduate school to study organization development, where she began to integrate her practical leadership experience with a deeper understanding of human behavior, systems, and change. Teaching and learning remain central to who she is. She continues to teach at the graduate level and in ICF-accredited programs, believing that growth happens best when reflection and real-world experience meet. At her core, Amanda values presence, curiosity, and connection. She is known for creating spaces where people feel safe to think, question, and show up as themselves. Outside of work, she is an avid learner, an early adopter of new technologies, and someone who values time outdoors, meaningful conversations, and practices that support clarity and balance. Amanda believes that exceptional leadership—and an exceptional life—begin with self-awareness, choice, and the courage to grow. That belief shapes everything she does.

Yu Dan has over 20 years of corporate experience and 15 years of coaching leaders across ANZ, APAC and North America. Yu Dan has held executive roles in general management, marketing, product, and consulting. She is a highly skilled executive coach and mentor. Combining her experience as a C-level executive with her expertise in psychology, Yu Dan is known for her ability to drive sustainable results. She has worked with leaders from 20 countries across industries including financial services, technology, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, consulting, hospitality, retail, resources, and telecommunications. Yu Dan holds an MBA and a Master of Coaching Psychology.
