I am Patricia, ICF professional coach supporting educators, leaders, and internationally mobile professionals as they navigate career transitions. I work with people who want to move forward with clarity and grow professionally while staying connected to their values and sense of purpose. I coach individuals at a crossroads. Together, we create space to slow down, think deeply, and make decisions that feel grounded rather than reactive. My coaching style is calm and focused. I listen deeply and ask powerful questions that open space for reflection and intentional choice. Clients often describe feeling more confident, better resourced, and clearer about what truly matters after our work together. With a background in international education and hospitality mannagement, I understand the realities of high expectations, cultural complexity, and constant adaptation. I bring this understanding into each session with care and respect. Coaching with me offers a supportive space to pause, realign, and move forward with intention. If you are ready for thoughtful change, I would be glad to work alongside you.

The process has been an invaluable opportunity for both personal and professional growth, and I truly appreciate the effort you've invested. I feel that I gained valuable insights into how I can better manage my focus and progress, particularly under high-pressure circumstances. With your professional help, I’ve become more capable of reflecting on unconscious behaviors and understanding how I might inadvertently impact others, even with the best intentions for both them and the team. The coaching also helped me further refine my communication and assertiveness skills, particularly when navigating complex situations with individuals who may not share the same perspective or approach. Additionally, the coaching played a significant role in helping me regain my self-esteem after being exposed to unfair criticism and difficult behaviors from colleagues. This experience has been immensely beneficial, and I am confident it will support my future career, especially during these challenging times when those of us in non-profits are facing the most difficult times ever, that even questions its existence in future. The skills you’ve helped me develop are highly transferable to other work environments. Though we had limited time together, and it wasn’t always under ideal circumstances, I am grateful for your professionalism and for creating an environment that allowed for such meaningful reflection and growth. And as you said, end of sessions is not end of our connection." 2)SANDRA B - Breathing Facilitator "Choosing Shailaja as a coach was a great decision. She is both a wonderful person and a skilled professional. Her sessions provided clarity and practical steps that helped me make long-pending changes. She is generous with her time and support, offering guidance that is both gentle and firm. In just a short time, these sessions helped me move toward my goals and gain a clearer understanding of my strengths and needs—especially through helping others along the way."
Hi, welcome! if you landed into my page, I believe that this is not a coincidence...Let me tell you a bit about myself and see how we could work together! I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC, ICF), HR Consultant, and Learning Strategist with 12+ years of experience helping leaders and teams across Europe thrive, from fast-paced startups to complex corporate ecosystems. I design coaching-based development journeys that spark clarity, build real accountability, and lead to lasting change. My approach blends coaching, facilitation, and strategic thinking — all with a practical twist — to turn insight into real-world action. I specialize in leadership development, capacity building, and cross-cultural collaboration for clients in both the private and public sectors. Before founding my own coaching practice, I wore many hats: HR Business Partner, L&D Manager, Sales Trainer — all in the buzzing worlds of retail and tech. Every role sharpened my instinct for what people need to grow and what organizations need to evolve. At the heart of what I do is a simple truth: transformation begins when we reconnect with what truly matters, get clear on what we can influence, and boldly take ownership of what comes next. Fluent in five languages and well-versed in hybrid, remote, and multicultural dynamics, I bring empathy, agility, and a no-fluff kind of clarity to every conversation — whether I am coaching a CEO, leading a leadership offsite, or co-creating a team culture from scratch. A BIT MORE ABOUT MY COACHING EXPERIENCE... Over the years, I have coached hundreds of leaders and teams across industries — from tech scale-ups and global retail brands to healthcare, finance, and media. My clients range from emerging leaders finding their voice to C-level executives navigating complexity, as well as teams in transformation needing alignment, clarity, and trust. What they all have in common? A desire to move from “just coping” to leading with purpose. As a PCC-certified coach, I use a coaching-first approach: grounded in ICF competencies, fueled by curiosity, and shaped by real-world leadership challenges. I am not here to give advice — I am here to ask the questions that shift perspective, spark awareness, and unlock action. Coaching with me is both reflective and energizing. Clients describe our sessions as “clarity hits”, “reset moments”, and even “much-needed reality checks — but with kindness.” And honestly? That’s what I love most about this work. My coaching experience includes: 1:1 executive coaching (leaders, managers, founders) Team coaching (trust-building, communication, collaboration) Coaching within leadership programs and offsites Coaching in English, Italian, Spanish, French and German Remote, hybrid, and in-person settings — always tailored, never templated

Ilona partners with executives and emerging leaders who are navigating growth, transition, and increasing responsibility in complex and evolving environments. Her work supports leaders who want to lead with greater clarity, confidence, and intention—especially at moments when expectations rise, roles shift, or familiar approaches no longer feel sufficient. Many clients come to this work when they sense a gap between who they are today and the leader they are being asked to become—when success is visible on the outside, yet deeper alignment, confidence, or direction feels less certain. These moments often call for reflection, not acceleration. Ilona believes that meaningful leadership growth begins with awareness and choice. Rather than offering quick fixes or prescriptive solutions, she works with clients to strengthen their self-awareness and self-efficacy—their capacity to learn, adapt, and take intentional action amid uncertainty and change. This approach supports sustainable development that integrates performance, integrity, and long-term growth. An ICF-certified Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder-Centered Coaching certified executive and team coach, and Breakthrough Coaching Advanced Practitioner, Ilona brings rigor, perspective, and presence to her coaching. She has partnered with leaders and managers from startups to Fortune 500 organizations across industries including technology, consulting, finance, consumer products, manufacturing, energy, hospitality, and healthcare. Ilona works through genuine partnership and thoughtful inquiry. She creates a calm, non-judgmental space grounded in trust, presence, and reflection—where clients can pause, think more clearly, and examine how their assumptions, thought patterns, and emotional responses shape their leadership and impact. Through this process, clients gain clarity around what matters most, strengthen their ability to choose intentionally, and move forward with greater confidence and purpose. Her coaching is shaped by a rich professional and personal background that bridges cultures, industries, and ways of thinking. A former entrepreneur and international marketing executive, Ilona founded an import retail business in China and earlier she worked across global organizations including a fashion brand, Grant Thornton, a NASDAQ-listed company, and a quasi-governmental organization. These experiences give her firsthand insight into leading within complex systems, navigating competing priorities, and working across diverse cultural contexts—allowing her to meet leaders where they are. During her years living and working abroad, Ilona also volunteered in international schools, supporting students with additional needs and challenges. This experience deepened her understanding of human development, adaptability, and the importance of creating environments where individuals feel supported, respected, and capable of growth. Educated in the US, Europe, and Asia, Ilona integrates Eastern wisdom with Western leadership practices in her coaching. She brings together reflection, awareness, and presence with clarity, accountability, and impact—offering leaders a grounded, integrative approach to growth that is both humane and effective. Ilona approaches each client holistically, meeting them where they are in their professional and personal development. Her work supports leaders in navigating complexity, strengthening leadership effectiveness, and building grounded confidence in how they think, choose, and show up at work. As clarity and effectiveness grow, clients often experience more integrated, holistic professional growth—enabling them to lead with greater intention, resilience, and influence. At the core of Ilona’s coaching is a belief that growth is not about becoming someone else, but about evolving into a more intentional and capable version of oneself. Through honest, non-judgmental dialogue, active listening, and powerful questioning, she supports clients in turning insight into action. If this way of working resonates, Ilona offers a reflective partnership for leaders who want to grow with intention, integrity, and impact.

Viviana (Vivi) is an Executive and Leadership Coach who partners with senior leaders and teams to elevate leadership effectiveness, strengthen alignment, and deliver measurable business results aligned with strategic priorities. Her coaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that effective leadership begins with self-awareness and intentional presence. Leaders who understand their values, recognize their impact on others, and become conscious of the patterns driving their behavior are far better equipped to create environments where people thrive and business results follow. Viviana works from a strengths-based, whole-person perspective—supporting leaders in leveraging their natural capabilities while also exploring the blind spots and assumptions that may be limiting their effectiveness. She views leadership not as a function of authority, but as the capacity to cultivate trust, clarity, and adaptability within increasingly complex systems. In practice, Viviana creates a reflective and challenging space where leaders can slow down, think more intentionally, and align their behaviors with the outcomes they seek. Rather than providing answers, she helps leaders build the internal capacity to lead themselves, their teams, and their organizations more consciously and effectively. Her approach is highly tailored. She meets each leader exactly where they are in their development journey and co-creates a personalized path forward—one that reflects their current stage of development while expanding their ability to operate at the next level. With over 20 years of experience, Viviana brings deep expertise in executive coaching, leadership development, and organizational transformation. She has worked with global leaders and teams across industries including consumer goods, biotechnology, and automotive, supporting both growth and turnaround environments. She is bilingual and brings a multicultural perspective shaped by living and working in Argentina, Brazil, the United Kingdom, and the United States. My areas of focus include leadership effectiveness, workplace relationships, career transitions, resilience and burnout, confidence, and performance. Before I became a coach, I was the one in the room navigating the pressure — scaling teams, managing complexity, and leading across cultures in Beirut, Paris, Berlin, Singapore, Bristol, and Nairobi. As a Country Manager and Product Manager for over a decade in tech, I lived the challenges my clients bring to sessions: stepping into senior leadership, leading through ambiguity, and finding your footing in unfamiliar environments. That insider experience shapes everything about how I coach. I don't just hold space — I engage directly, challenge with care, and help clients move from insight to action. Who I work with: I partner with leaders at all levels — rising managers finding their voice, senior professionals navigating career transitions, and executives strengthening their presence and impact. My clients often come from international organizations, fast-moving tech environments, and cross-cultural teams. Many are leading across languages, time zones, or cultures — and so am I. I coach in English, French, and Lebanese Arabic, which means I can meet clients where they are, including in the nuance that gets lost in translation. What we work on - Leadership presence and executive confidence - Conscious Leadership & management - Career transitions and role expansion - Leading through change and complexity - Cross-cultural leadership and team dynamics - Purpose, values, and sustainable performance - Nonviolent communication & Conflict management How I work: My style is direct, warm, and grounded. I bring somatic and reflective approaches into sessions to help clients access clarity that goes beyond the cognitive — because the best leadership insights often live in the body and the patterns we haven't named yet. I hold a PCC credential from the International Coaching Federation, am certified in the Leadership Circle Profile, and am Co-Active trained (CPCC). I've worked with clients across UN agencies and international organizations. If you're looking for a coach who understands the realities of leadership from the inside — and will meet you with both rigor and humanity — I'd love to connect.

In some cases, Andre guides the decision making and action taking, on other occasions he invites clients to just be present and stay connected to their best selves. • Coaching is more than a skilled application of techniques. My name is Dale and I'm a leadership transition specialist. About me I’ve held senior operational and leadership roles in complex, results-driven environments where outcomes depended on personal effort and on how effectively I led others. I understand the challenges of navigating these transitions and the lack of support that exists in this space. I provide that support and want to help you close that leadership transition gap. The transition readiness gap is the space between being capable in your current role and truly ready for the next one. We’re not building capabilities – you have those in spades. We’re building your internal readiness, whether you’re a first-time manager embracing a new role, or a senior leader whose elevating to a focus on strategic outcomes and stakeholder relationships. How do I help you? Through structured conversations, targeted diagnostics and real-world application, we focus on building readiness. The work is practical, deliberate and grounded in real situations that you’re dealing with right now. The goal is to help you transition into that next level of leadership with the most ease, so you can operate with greater confidence, clarity and purpose in a role that now demands more from you. This means looking beyond skills and experience, focusing on mindset, behaviour, relationships and how you lead under pressure, so the shifts you make are visible where it matters. If what I'm sharing resonates with where you are right now or where you want to be, schedule a call and let's discuss how I can support your next step in leadership transition.

I enable leaders to drive change while delivering their business-as-usual responsibilities—without burning out. They perform better and feel better. For over three decades, I operated within the same complex environments my clients navigate, from fast-growing software firms to global giants — Oracle and Salesforce. Most recently, as Senior Vice President of Customer Success and a member of the global executive team at DigitalRoute, I led a high-stakes transition from a siloed regional structure to a unified global unit, better able to serve our customers, people, and shareholders. Throughout my career, I was tasked with launching new solutions, winning landmark deals, and transforming organisations. From years of trial and error building high-functioning environments, I gained a deep appreciation of the need to address both the method and the culture in tandem. This work triggered my own transformation as a leader, shifting my focus from driving the tasks to orchestrating the system where both performance and people excel. Over the past five years, as an executive and leadership coach, I have partnered with more than 50 leaders from a wide range of industries, helping them to achieve tangible business outcomes and personal growth. That can mean balancing relationships with accountability, building partnerships with key stakeholders, or securing executive sponsorship. Here's how one recent client described our engagement — in their own words: — THE EXPERIENCE — "Really rewarding and at times really challenging. It's not an easy pathway. It's very challenging because Chris prompted me to do things completely outside of my comfort zone. But in doing so I am learning things that I would not have learned alone." — CHRIS' STYLE — "Many times I'm having a conversation with myself and Chris is facilitating it. He’s not really interfering. He’s really helping me just reflect and summarise and reorganise things that might not be super clear to me. So it really feels like I'm having a conversation with a better version of me — because he’s not imposing his ideas, he’s just helping me reorganise my own." — THE OUTCOME — "I feel that I'm really growing into the person that I want to be professionally. I can see my own development, and I appreciate that I can do my work better and help improve situations — because I have a self-knowledge that I simply didn't have before."
Are you a high-performing professional navigating a major transition in your career? Perhaps you've taken on a new leadership role, your organisation is changing, or you feel like something is missing and are unsure where to go from here. Other people may think you are successful — but internally you may feel uncertain, stretched, or stuck between who you were and who you're becoming. Many of the professionals I work with find themselves: • Overthinking decisions or second-guessing themselves • Working harder but feeling less effective • Struggling to set boundaries or delegate • Avoiding difficult conversations • Feeling pressure to prove themselves in a new role • Wondering whether they’re truly ready for the next level • Feeling restless or unsure about what comes next Change is part of life but it can feel surprisingly destabilizing, even for capable, high-achieving people. Coaching can be an anchor in the storm. It's a safe place to explore what's working and what's not. Identify skill gaps and think creatively about how to adapt to the transition in front of us. In my coaching practice I aim to blend deep listening with practical tools drawn from neuroscience, positive psychology, and real-world leadership experience. After graduating from the Industrial Engineering department of Sabanci University following Robert College High School, I worked in various managerial positions at local and global brands for over 12 years. During this period, I gained valuable insights and experiences in companies with different cultures across various sectors. Leveraging these experiences, I engaged in social responsibility projects focused on mentoring young individuals. Since 2019, I have been actively involved in coaching and mentoring with several non-profit organizations, including the Association for Supporting Contemporary Life, the Community Volunteers Foundation, and the Turkish Education Foundation. To further enhance my ability to support individuals comprehensively, I obtained a Professional Coaching certificate from Erickson International, one of the world's leading coaching schools, and continued to support individuals as a professional coach alongside mentoring. In my coaching practice, I have observed that clients sometimes struggle to shift their perspectives on past experiences while focusing on the future. To address this, I pursued NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) training from Erickson International. NLP utilizes powerful tools to change memories, sounds, beliefs, and fears that hinder our progress and development. It employs various techniques to erase unhelpful past memories, ensuring more effective outcomes in future-oriented work. My goal is to provide coaching services and share my experiences and knowledge for mentorship to those who seek self-improvement, strategic planning for their careers, and overcoming obstacles in their lives. Some common areas I frequently work on include boosting self-confidence, overcoming procrastination due to fear of failure, addressing the fear of criticism that hinders free expression, tackling indecision and lack of motivation, and managing relationships in personal and professional lives, as well as formulating career strategies. You might wonder, "Why should I work with a coach trained by Erickson International?" Erickson Coaching International is an internationally accredited coaching school founded by clinical psychologist and NLP expert Dr. Marilyn Atkinson in Canada. The school is named after the renowned psychiatrist Dr. Milton Erickson, and Dr. Marilyn Atkinson has adopted his philosophy as the foundation of Erickson Coaching education. Erickson International offers coaching training and various supportive educational programs in over 50 countries worldwide. Erickson coaching is based on the principle that, just like a seed grows into a plant and bears fruit, every individual has inherent potential that can be nurtured to emerge. It assumes that this potential exists in everyone, that each person is whole and complete, and that individuals can find solutions, methods, and approaches for any situation they are in. The process aims to create an environment that facilitates the uncovering of this potential, akin to creating conditions for a seed to germinate and thrive. I am here to grow with you and contribute to your success!
