I'm a passionate coach who aims to make the world a better place by helping leaders and teams thrive and transform to become the best version of themselves. My purpose in life is lived as a coach, after a career of 30+ years as a team leader and executive. Born in Norway in a french speaking family, I have worked most of my life in french companies in the consumer goods industry. Corporations like L'Oréal, J&J and Colgate were among my employers. Before settling down in Bangkok with my wife, we have lived in 5 other countries, from Mexico to Hong Kong. We have two daughters who have started their own careers. As a coach I work both with individuals, corporations, and teams. I also help project groups in college with their final year projects, as a team coach. I am a certified coach by the ICF, and a trained team coach. I am based in Bangkok and work in South-East Asia, mostly in Thailand and Singapore. My individual coaching is done either online or in person, and my team coaching is done in person only.
