Managing Directors

Please note, our MD roles at BOLDLY suit an independent professional, with a business already registered in their market, who has an existing network of HR and business leaders. This is a business development role, and is paid on delivery and profit share. This role suits someone who wants to run their own business, with the benefit of a network of colleagues, delivery capability and product. 

The ideal BOLDLY Managing Director (MD) has the following key attributes:

Background:

  • Strong consulting or practitioner experience
  • Active practicing coach
  • Running an independent business
  • Experience in sales and marketing

Skills and Competencies:

  • Exceptional sales abilities with a 'hunter' mentality
  • Execution-focused mindset - high quality client delivery
  • Excellent project management capabilities - communicates ahead of the need with coach/facilitators and clients
  • Adept at cross-cultural and global collaboration to ensure they're leveraging the benefits of the BOLDLY network
  • Intentional communicator and positively contributes to remote culture

Mindset:

  • Embodies an owner's mentality
  • Balances sales drive with execution excellence
  • Wants to run a business with benefits, not get a job
