People often look for coaching when something shifts — a new context, a role that stretches them, or a decision that feels heavier than expected. I work with people who are sitting in those spaces: leaders navigating new responsibilities, teams looking to deepen their alignment and effectiveness, and individuals noticing that what once felt clear now needs to be reconsidered. My background is in Coaching Psychology (MSc), and I hold ACC accreditation from ICF. My approach draws on evidence-based methods such as cognitive-behavioural, solution-focused, and positive psychology. I use these in a way that encourages steady reflection rather than rushing toward conclusions. Change can be uncomfortable, and sometimes the most useful step is simply making space to think differently. Clients often tell me that our work helps them crystallise what matters, refine their choices, and move forward with more steadiness. This comes from noticing patterns, widening perspectives, and exploring what feels possible at a sustainable pace. If you are in a period of transition, questioning what comes next, or wanting a more grounded way to lead or work, I welcome a conversation about what you are exploring right now.
