Over a 20 year career I have lived in 7 cities across 3 countries. I am bilingual (French-English) and speak 3 other Indian languages. I started my career as a headhunter in India for an executive search firm. I hired over 100 functional heads/ CXO’s over 4 years. This is where I learnt to spot talent, assess motivation, understand competencies in 60 minute interviews. I went on to work for a competitive, high performing Investment Banking firm, Credit Suisse where I managed talent acquisition and carved out recruiting strategies.
