Ingeniero industrial de profesión apasionado por el desarrollo humano, tengo una maestria en Desarrollo Organizacional y Cambio, cetificación ACC por ICF con 300 horas de formación y 100 horas de practica; ademas cuento con 100 horas en estudios en enneagrama y he estudiado un diplomado en Arquetipos de Carl Jung y tratamientos sistémicos.
