Daisy

I am an EMCC-accredited Senior Practitioner and Fractional Startup Leader with over a decade of experience scaling purpose-driven B2B SaaS companies from Seed to Series B+. My career has been defined by an intersection of commercial rigour and human-centric leadership, specifically within the Wellbeing and Ed-Tech sectors. I specialise in helping founders and senior leaders navigate the "chaos" of high-growth environments by building the clarity, resilience, and operational structures necessary for sustainable performance. A significant portion of my professional narrative was shaped at Unmind, a workplace mental health platform, where I served as Global Vice President of Client Success. Joining at an early stage, I built the post-sales function from its inception into a global operation spanning EMEA, NAMER, and APAC. During my tenure, I: - Scaled the function to manage £10m ARR while maintaining ~120% Net Revenue Retention (NRR). - Led a global team of 20+, serving enterprise clients such as Disney, BBC, and Diageo. - Partnered with the C-suite to raise $60m+ in VC funding and co-created the company’s 2026 strategy. - Successfully navigated complex M&A integrations and shifted the organization from a single to a multi-product offering. Since 2024, I have acted as a strategic advisor and fractional leader for several "tech for good" startups. This work allows me to apply my enterprise-level experience to leaner, fast-moving teams. Notable achievements include: - The Self Space: Transformed a fragmented B2B function into a strategic partner-success model, increasing NRR from 95% to over 110% and delivering £200k+ in forecasted growth. - Vitrue Health: Refreshed the sales narrative and client journey to generate £50k+ in immediate new revenue. - GoJoe: Re-engineered the operations model to unlock new revenue streams through insurer and enterprise partnerships. My transition into professional coaching was a natural evolution of my leadership style. As an EMCC Senior Practitioner (Accredited Diploma in Transformative Coaching with Animas Centre for coaching), I blend 10+ years of "in the trenches" executive experience with deep psychological insights. I currently serve as a Founder Coach & Advisor, where I guide founders through investor readiness, strategic decision-making, and the personal resilience required to lead. My coaching approach is systemic and strengths-based, focusing on: - Leadership Confidence & Presence: Helping people a transition into high-stakes roles. - Values-Led Performance: Aligning commercial goals with personal and organisational wellbeing. I hold a BA (Hons) from the University of Nottingham and maintain a commitment to continuous professional development through ongoing supervision and membership in the EMCC UK. I am a firm believer that the most successful companies are those that prioritise both their people and their profit, and I am dedicated to coaching the next generation of leaders to achieve that balance.

I am an Executive Coach, Facilitator, Consultant, and Independent Trainer, operating under the brand "Verdemeta." In my most recent career, I developed the projects "Transition Space," a network of professionals working on Change, and the newly launched "Ecora," which focuses on an ecosystemic approach. Since 2000, and for about 15 years, I worked in the field of people development within companies, dealing with recruitment and training, and supporting individuals from their hiring throughout their entire development journey. Through this experience, I became increasingly involved in themes such as self-realization within one's context, the well-being of interpersonal relationships, and the effectiveness of achievement. At the peak of my corporate journey, I felt the need and desire to combine everything I had accomplished in my professional life with my love for Nature, leading me to encounter Ecopsychology. I specialized in corporate coaching and sought to merge the two experiences by creating "Green Coaching" and the "Verdemeta" brand. These experiences, combined with coaching based on the Positive Psychology approach, define my style, which focuses on developing and enhancing strengths and solution-oriented strategies, increasing awareness and personal transformation, and broadening individuals' perspectives towards goals rooted in existential and systemic themes that significantly impact achievement and performance. Today, I work as an Executive Coach, Team Coach, Facilitator, Consultant, and Group coach to help people and organizations maximize their potential and find their systemic balance. I am also the author of the book "Nature Speaks to You - A Guide to Ecocentric Personal Growth."
