I am an executive and leadership coach on a mission to help leaders build “good businesses” – organisations where people consistently outperform expectations, feel highly engaged, collaborate deeply, and can sustain high performance without burning out. For more than 17 years, I worked inside a multinational construction holding, shifting from large infrastructure projects into HR consulting and then into a centre‑of‑expertise role for leadership development, talent management, and learning & development. Leading in a male‑dominated industry taught me how to speak to senior power holders, influence complex stakeholders, and still protect my own wellbeing. It also showed me that business success is meaningless if people are exhausted in the process. In 2017 I founded a boutique consulting company in Qatar, now based in Germany, serving leaders and teams who want their organisations to grow healthier and perform better. I focus on “high flow” leadership and teamwork: helping clients regain focus, unlock peak performance, and create the freedom to thrive in all areas of life – and then cascade those behaviours across their teams. My clients include senior leaders from household‑name Silicon Valley tech brands, global oil and gas companies, consumer goods companies, luxury brands, and consulting firms. Across all of them, the work is the same: translating ambition into sustainable performance, psychological safety, and measurable business outcomes. Selected qualifications and experience: B.Sc. Business Administration; M.Sc. Management & Marketing; M.Sc. HRM & Organisational Development 10+ years in people development for high‑potentials and leaders; 10+ years in behavioural assessment and development centres 6+ years coaching, 600+ hours of coach‑specific training ICF Associate Certified Coach, ESBA Systemic Coach, High Flow Leadership Coach, Positive Intelligence / Mental Fitness Coach, Integrative Enneagram Accredited Practitioner, and multiple additional certifications in conscious business and leadership

I’m a performance and leadership coach and an international TEDx speaker working with high-pressure individuals who need to perform clearly and consistently when it matters most. Before coaching, I built my career in pharmaceuticals and surgical devices, operating in environments where precision, trust, and decision-making under pressure were non-negotiable. and have worked with Fortune 500 clients, Shark Tank judges, NFL players, and AFL athletes, supporting leaders and elite performers at the highest levels. My focus is on decision-making under pressure, emotional regulation, confidence, and execution, rather than motivation or surface-level mindset work.
