I spent 15 years in corporate across media, aviation, technology, F&B and family businesses in the communications and marketing area. Companies I have worked at are Singapore Airlines, Channel NewsAsia, JobStreet by SEEK. I started coaching in March 2023, with more than 50 clients and over 100 hours of coaching hours. I have also received coaching mentorship from Janet M Harvey, CEO, inviteChange and coaching training of close to 100 hours. My main coaching areas are Life & Relationships issues, Personal & self-development, Career progression/transition, Marketing and Communications issues. I see coaching as a gift from God, and it defines who I am as a person and as a coach. I see every coaching conversation as a journey to help my clients discover their own potential that would help them achieve their goals and they find joy along the way. Sari started her career 19 years ago in communication and behavior change for biodiversity conservation. She had spent 12 years in Rare - an international conservation NGO, focusing on behavior change. During her service, she focus her work in conservation education, communication, leadership and organisational development, and social intervention. Through Rare, Sari had the opportunity to lead a national wide sustainable fisheries program, as part of a global initiatives. She had extensive experiences as mentor, facilitator, and trainer for leader and team member of various organisation/groups, in Indonesia and other countries. Sari has Master degree in Social Intervention & trained in the Environmental Leadership Training by Smithsonian Institute. She had bachelor degrees in psychology study from Universitas Indonesia & financial management from Perbanas Jakarta Institute. She also hold a Diploma in Conservation Education (University of Kent).

Within that time, I was able to grow our profits by 200% and eventually sell the business for 3 times gross revenue.
