I specialize in leadership development through coaching to help leaders navigate through taking on a new role, developing their team, leading organizational change, and optimizing their time and energy in their role. Entering into a new leadership role can be a steep learning curve and sometimes overwhelming to manage people and stay on top of the workload. In coaching, we can examine current approaches to your leadership practice and broaden opportunities to tackle people leadership and organizational change with more ease. Developing your leadership practice can include growing in your work performance, but not at the cost of putting personal goals, enjoyment, and wellness aside. In coaching, we can explore how you best integrate work and life to create alignment the way you want to experience it. I have supported top-level executives, mid-level directors, and new managers entering into the people-leadership role across many different industries including health care, technology, education, engineering, government, financial, and media. I bring my experiences across 15 years of coaching, two decades of human resource management experience, and attaining a Masters degree in Leadership to support members that I get to work with toward their personal and professional goals. I specialize in helping leaders expand their emotional intelligence, develop their team, and focus their time and attention where it makes the most impact for them, and live a rich meaningful life. It's ok to not know where to start or what your goals are yet - that's what I'm here to do is to partner with you in navigating the process. Set up an initial session with me to ask questions and learn more about getting started in coaching.

Energized and certified coach and catalyst for leader moms looking to hear the truth, discover the impossible, and gain 5-10 hours a week. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ My clients are moms across the globe having local, regional, or global leadership roles, including C-level in search of more time. I work with leader moms to enhance their leadership skills and gain 5-10 hours/week to do what they love: quality time with their family, yoga, meditation, their well-deserved and long-thought rest or just act upon that dream initiative that warms their heart every time they think of and keep on pushing due to lack of time. Increase your focus: be more strategic and less operational. Grow your self-confidence, prioritize and act upon what is important and on your agenda. If you a leader moms who works 50/60-hour weeks and you there is another way of having a dream career and being a wonderful mum, let's have a conversation! I know gaining 5-10 hours/week is priceless, though probably worth $ 20-30.000/year. I am direct, without being directive. My clients know me for my ability to see things that others don’t, and for saying it out loud, even if it is not comfortable. This helps facilitate the results my clients seek. Often, my clients come to me with a lack of commitment to themselves, and express feeling overwhelmed. They leave confident and energized, and move forward to create time. My official bio... Driven by enthusiasm and a great passion for the impact our way of thinking has on our behavior, coaching is my third career, since 2019. I coach in 1:1, group, and team setups. Previously, as a corporate banker at ING, I was the go-to person for some of the largest food&bev companies as well as construction companies in Romania. As a corporate banker, I have coordinated the first sustainable financing deal for ING and I have a track record of aligning people from different departments, having different interests, to generate the optimal solution for clients. Before, at the age of 22, I was a financial editor who interviewed CEOs and board members of some of the largest banks in Europe, like Société Générale, Deutsche Bank, and Dexia. ...and here is my real bio I have been bullied. I’ve struggled. I’ve lost people I loved. I’ve felt lonely. I have an open heart and a big mouth, and have always been committed to seeing possibility when others only see impossibility. I understand at a deep level that overcoming obstacles in life is the way to progress and growth. Both proved very useful in motherhood – which was more like a marathon in the desert with no shoes or water rather than the blissful journey I envisaged. But I pressed forward, and have two amazing (if sometimes infuriating) daughters. I’ve coached people that were feeling lonely and struggling with a lack of self-confidence, despite being admired by others. I’ve coached leaders to find a sustainable way to pursue their professional ambitions, without having to sacrifice their personal well-being. I’ve coached leaders to become more creative and better leverage the skills and diversity of their teams.

Life is hard but we can all ease our suffering with a bit of guidance. Are you feeling stuck at work or in life? Do you wish for better relationships or to live the life you dream of? Are you facing one of life's major transitions such as a new job, redundancy or retirement? All of these challenges create stress and suffering but there are ways to manoeuvre through these moments with calm and poise. Having worked through my my own growth journey decades ago, I discovered that my purpose was to help others. I feel that it is now my turn to support others and guide people like you to live the life you choose. I believe my training and background in psychology, neuroscience and leadership maturity offers a distinctive experience to people so they can find ways to soothe their suffering and discover their own path in life. We are all individual beings with our own unique blend of experiences, influences and cultures but I firmly believe that everyone can find their way to fulfilment with a little bit of guidance. To give you some background, I have almost 25 years' experience setting up, partnering and leading teams across Europe and Asia in both industrial corporates and early-stage companies, I am passionate about what makes people succeed and grow. I began my career as a mechanical engineer at Ford Motor Company after completing my degree at Oxford University and I quickly saw that all leaders are not the same. I was motivated to become one of the people-focused leaders and so I left after 6 years to complete my MBA at London Business School and explore what leadership meant. This started my journey of exploring what makes people tick and, most importantly, how to help others, including myself, live a healthier and happier life. We don't have to stay stuck in automatic mode and watch life pass us by helplessly and nor do we have to let uncertainty and complexity overwhelm us. With self-reflection, evidence-based techniques and exercises, you too can learn to embrace change as an ally rather than a threat. We all deserve to live our best life and none of us can do it alone.

Professionally, I describe myself as a facilitator, coach and change catalyst. Having over 15 years in the human capital development industry, I have had the privilege of working with both MNCs, public and local enterprises in and around learning and development. Currently, I curate and facilitate programmes to help individuals, teams and organizations navigate a complex and unpredictable environment where learning becomes critical in unlocking potential and value. Most of my work centres on shifting mindsets and behaviours to embrace conflict and change as well as to accept and adapt to situations that is beyond our control, while focusing on what is within our control and influence. The work I do involve change both at an individuals (coaching) and at systemic level (organizational culture, design & workforce planning). I subscribe with the concept of "Outside-in Experiential Learning" as requires learners to get out of their old habits and corporate immune systems, while working on challenges that is centered on a higher purpose and benefits a wider audience. Learners agree that getting out of their comfort zones while providing a psychologically safe environment does wonders to their ability to navigate unfamiliar and challenging situations.
