Recent Assignment: Transforming Culture and Country - Building Innovation Capacity for a New Generation A milestone cultural transformation project which commenced August 2024. At that time the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia had yet to bid for the FIFA World Cup 2034. Plans were already in place, however, and an ambitious cultural transformation project was underway in Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) to develop the next generation of leadership that will be empowered and ready to deliver the energy requirements for the Kingdom's Vision2030 and beyond. Incorporating the need to power megaprojects like the World Cup as well as others, the ASPIRE Coaching Program was designed and executed for SEC's highest potential leaders.
