Instead of returning to London I moved to Towers Watson (now Willis Towers Watson) as HR Director SEA. After becoming a Mum in 2014, I took the decision to work more flexibly and to focus on coaching and facilitation which I love! I now work with people and organisations, who are inspired to change, grow and develop. Since 2008 I have held regional roles across APAC and I have delivered training and coaching in 12 Asian countries (Brunei, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, The Philippines and Vietnam) plus India & Sri Lanka, Australia & New Zealand, and Dubai.
