My 20 years of management experience are mostly gained from IBM where prior to becoming a freelance coach and consultant I was General Manager of Telecommunications and Media Industries, IBM Greater China Group.  What's unique about me is that I combine my management experience with a deep understanding of human psychological processes in practicing coaching.
