I help my clients explore concepts of self-talk, thought patterns. On a personal note, I enjoy keeping active, traveling and hiking and doing silly things with my daughter.
For 5 years, I was responsible for Global Talent Management and Global Leadership at an automotive supplier worldwide. There I have managed both employees and executives on-site, hybrid and virtually. Furthermore I have led international projects and managed cultural transformations. With more than 20 years of experience in international organizations, I know both the structures and processes and bring in-depth experience in talent management and organizational development.
