I’m a conscious life and leadership coach and neuroscience-based transformation facilitator supporting leaders, professionals, and individuals navigating periods of change — at work and in life. Many of the people I work with aren’t stuck or underperforming. They’re capable, responsible, and still delivering — but operating under sustained pressure. What’s missing isn’t motivation or strategy, but space: space to think clearly, regulate stress, and make decisions without constant internal noise. My work addresses today’s realities — burnout, constant change, decision fatigue, rising performance pressure, and personal transitions that often run quietly alongside professional roles. I blend neuroscience, emotional regulation, and practical self-leadership to help people move out of survival mode and regain clarity, resilience, and sustainable energy. I focus on how stress, change, habits, and long-held conditioning impact human effectiveness — and how that directly influences leadership effectiveness, well-being, and decision-making. Rather than adding more tools or expectations, my work creates the conditions for steadier thinking, calmer internal states, and grounded forward movement in complex environments. I’m a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, with over 2,700 coaching hours across corporate, community, and private settings. I’m also a certified NeuroChangeSolutions (NCS) Consultant and licensed facilitator of Change Your Mind…Create New Results, trained in applied neuroplasticity and sustainable behavior change. I’ve worked with and supported professionals and leaders across organizations including Google, Meta, American Express, Accenture, Moderna, Warner Bros Discovery, and BlackRock. I’m certified in Hogan, MBTI, The Leadership Circle, and the Leadership Versatility Index (LVI 360), allowing me to integrate data-informed insight with deep human awareness. My focus is not short-term fixes, but building clarity, emotional resilience, and decision capacity that support long-term performance and well-being — whether someone is navigating leadership complexity, organizational change, or a personal transition that requires a recalibration of direction and identity. In complex environments, clarity is not a luxury — it’s a leadership skill.

Lina
Melbourne, Victoria, Australia
Languages: English

Hi, I’m Lina, a Certified Executive Leadership Development Coach, and I'm dedicated to helping individuals like you thrive in both your personal and professional life. I’m here to support you every step of the way. Areas of Expertise - Leadership Excellence: Develop authentic leadership, make confident decisions, and inspire others. - Strategic Vision: Clarify goals, plan effectively, and innovate to overcome challenges. - Emotional Intelligence: Strengthen self-awareness, empathy, and conflict resolution to build strong teams. - Impactful Communication: Deliver compelling messages, manage feedback, and inspire action. - Team Performance: Cultivate trust, collaboration, and accountability for high-impact results. - Navigating Change: Lead confidently through organizational shifts and cultural dynamics. - Work-Life Balance: Build resilience, manage stress, and sustain peak performance. - Career Success: Advance with clear goals, personal branding, and strategic transitions. - Mental Well-Being: Foster a culture of wellness with expert mental health strategies. - Relationship Building: Create authentic connections that enhance influence and collaboration. My Words of Wisdom One of the ideas I often share with clients is John Dewey’s insight: “We do not learn from experience; we learn from reflecting on experience.” It’s a reminder that growth doesn’t come from simply doing more, but from taking the time to pause, reflect and make sense of what we’ve learned along the way. Another phrase that resonates deeply in my coaching is: “Awareness creates choice, and choice creates change.” When we build self-awareness — about our strengths, patterns, and impact — we open up new possibilities for how we lead and respond. And finally, I often remind clients that progress is rarely linear. Growth happens through reflection, experimentation and persistence — and every step, even the challenging ones, contributes to who we become. These ideas sit at the heart of my coaching philosophy: reflective practice, self-awareness, authenticity, and the belief that meaningful change begins with insight and intention. My Clients and Approach I’ve worked with clients across industries including finance, technology, healthcare, construction, engineering, digital advertising, and not-for-profits. Whether you’re a C-suite executive, an emerging leader, a professional, graduate, or someone returning to the workforce in a small start-up or global organization, I would love to help you. Coaching is an opportunity for you to have a thinking partner on whatever it is you need to think through, be it a decision you need to make, a goal you are working towards, or a problem you are trying to solve. As your thinking partner, I engage with you as a whole person. If you don’t have a specific goal for coaching in mind, we can start with foundational work to explore who you are at your core. Together, we’ll examine your purpose across various aspects of your life: How are you living your purpose now? What would you like to change, if anything? Where do you ultimately want to be? By working incrementally towards bigger goals, you’ll have the chance to deeply explore yourself, discover your strengths, and build on them. Why Choose Me What sets me apart is my extensive background. Over 35 years of experience—including 20 years as a senior HR director—has given me a profound understanding of leadership and organizational dynamics. I’ve partnered with leaders across Australia, the UK, and globally to drive transformational change and align people strategies with business goals. As an ICF Professional Certified Coach and Mentor Coach, and a Certified Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher, my coaching integrates the best of neuroscience, positive psychology, and mindfulness practices to help you achieve clarity, resilience, and sustainable success. Clients describe my style as energizing, actionable, and transformational. I’m known for asking powerful questions and providing practical exercises that turn insights into action. Outside of coaching, I’m a lifelong learner who loves traveling, reading, and spending time in nature with my husband and our two fur babies, Marcus Aurelius and D’Artagnan. My personal experiences make me relatable and approachable for clients navigating their own challenges. If you’re looking for a coach who understands your world, brings decades of expertise, and offers a compassionate yet challenging approach, let’s connect. Together, we can create a plan to achieve your goals and help you become the best version of yourself. I look forward to meeting you!

Suresh is a passionate Coaching Professional with over 20 years of experience in the Banking and Financial Services industry. With extensive management expertise in global operations, people, project, process, talent, and risk management. Hello, I'm Suresh. If you're reading this, you're likely at a point where you're looking for a change, a clearer direction, or a way to unlock a greater potential within yourself. I understand that place. For over 20 years, I've walked the corporate halls of global companies like Northern Trust and Thomson Reuters, leading teams and managing complex operations across the world. I've sat in those senior management roles, grappling with leadership, performance, and the challenge of navigating constant change. But throughout that journey, my deepest fascination has always been people. I became captivated by a simple but profound question: Why do people do what they do? What happens on the inside that drives our actions, our thinking, and our results? This curiosity transformed my own path from a corporate leader to an Executive and Leadership Coach. I believe that nurturing talent and empowering people to step into their future is the true mark of a leader. My role now is to be a catalyst, helping you discover the best version of yourself. My clients often describe me as compassionate, empathetic, and easy to talk to, yet also thoughtful and direct when needed. I create a safe, trusting space where you can reflect deeply without judgment. I am a mindset and self-awareness coach. My approach is built on a simple, ancient principle: "Know Thyself." I partner with you to help you do just that. I won't just sit and nod; I will actively listen, challenge your perspectives, offer different points of view, and initiate reflections that help you see your situation in a new light. I don't believe in change for change's sake. Real, lasting change must come from within. My goal is to help you bring to the surface your own curiosity about yourself, so you can continuously improve and achieve the goals and outcomes that truly matter to you. I primarily work with corporate executives and leaders from fields like Manufacturing, IT, Banking, Finance, and Consulting, as well as individuals seeking more meaning in their lives. Some of the common challenges I help my clients navigate include: - Finding clarity on your goals and what's "next" in your career or life. - Enhancing your leadership presence and personal brand. - Managing stress and improving personal effectiveness. - Navigating career transitions and unlocking growth. - Feeling "stuck" and finding a way forward. - Improving communication and team management skills. With over 3,000 hours of coaching experience and as an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), I am equipped with a wide range of methodologies—from Neuro-Linguistic Programming to Transactional Analysis—but the most important tool is our partnership. You don't have to have all the answers right now. You just need the willingness to look for them. If you're ready to explore what it would be like to have a thought partner dedicated to your growth, I invite you to reach out. Let's start a conversation.

I work with mid–senior leaders and teams to strengthen leadership, collaboration, and culture — through approaches that are reflective, human-centered, and grounded in real-world context. I am especially drawn to work that brings systemic change alongside individual growth.
