Mohammad Ammar, Learning and Performance Manager, has more than 12 years of experience in training and development in various industries such as the manufacturing, food, health, and retail sectors. He is currently working as a Training Manager at Al-Jomaih Pepsi Company and previously at Al-Nahdi Medical Company. He designed and implemented many diverse training programs for employees to different degrees. Mohamed Ammar holds a master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of London and obtained a PCC Professional Coaching Certificate from the International Coaching Federation. He also has accreditations in various specializations in coaching such as strengths from the Gallup organization, leadership coaching specialization from Marshall Goldsmith School, and emotional intelligence specialization from Six Seconds, in addition to obtaining a professional certificate in talent development (CPTD) from the ATD organization.
