I am a corporate leader with over a 30 years of experience with global corporations in multi cultural environments, i also been an entrepreneur and continue to work in the ecosystem in helping start up founders and professionals in their persoanl and professional journey.
As a coach, I am passionate about helping people achieve their dreams and reach their full potential. I have spent the past 27 years providing guidance and support to individuals seeking to make positive changes in their personal and professional lives. I specialise in a wide range of coaching areas, including career transitions, communication skills, emotional regulation, executive presence, leadership coaching, mindset change, personal development, productivity, strategic planning, stress management, and work-life balance. One of the things I love most about coaching is the opportunity to work with people from all walks of life. I have had the privilege of helping members of major global companies, small businesses, and startups. No matter who my clients are or what their goals may be, my mission is always the same: to help them succeed. I have my Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree from the University of Hong Kong and a Doctoral Degree from the University of Technology Sydney. I am also a Certified Solution-Focused Therapist, a Certified Performance Leadership Coach, an ICF certified coach, a Registered Counsellor and Clinical Supervisor with the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC), a Registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) as well as the American Counselling Association (ACA).
Since 2021, I have leadership development coaching to mid-senior level female leaders on building their confidence. My passion for supporting women began when they approached me for coaching on leadership issues, always referencing in our conversations their struggles with confidence - no matter what level of seniority they held. I could see how this challenge was compounded by the pressures they felt to look the part, especially when working in majority male industries and environments. Through coaching them, I began to recognise just how nuanced the problem was, and how their challenges with confidence impacted not just their career progression, but also their performance, productivity, sense of identity, mental health, wellbeing and retention in their roles, as well as the impact they made within their organisations. Following that calling, I now support women in leadership in reconnecting with and embodying their personal power, overcoming imposter syndrome, building their leadership presence and influence, while also leveraging it: so that they can become the leader they want to be, creating the kind of career they aspire of and leave the legacy that they dream of, particularly in support of the younger women on their teams. Since training as a coach and setting up my practice Ishoo Rajamohan Coaching in 2021, I have supported around 150 women in overcoming their challenges with confidence. From this work I have developed a framework called The Confidence Dynamic™ that helps women recognise and articulate what their issues when they lack confidence, and also how they can overcome it. Having coached women from a variety of backgrounds - from corporate organisations to social enterprises, from civil servants and head teachers of schools to startup founders and women business owners - confidence is a challenge that impacts us across the board. Given that women struggle to speak up openly about their challenges with confidence, I now also deliver trainings in organisations, hoping to raise awareness of this issue amongst managers and employers and to empower women with the ability to recognise, articulate and overcome those challenges. I am a former architect and pastry chef, now an accredited Foundation Coach with the Association for Coaching (UK) and a Mental Health First Aider. In 2023 I was appointed a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. In addition, I run the Co-Coaching Forum for the Association for Coaching in the Nordics. Although I am now based in Sweden, I coach exclusively online and continue to work with clients in the UK and across the globe. My coaching style has been described as calm and gentle, and coachees deeply appreciate my warm, reassuring presence and the space that I skilfully hold for them to achieve their desired outcomes. My work as a coach affirms what I have always known - that even though a coachee brings a very human challenge to work on during a session, I am invariably shown glimpses of their unique brilliance that they often don't see themselves. In addition, my intuitive approach brings deeper awareness to sessions: coachees not only gain clarity about what might be getting in their way, but also the full extent of their potential. Therefore, when accountability is what they require from me, I will always hold them to their ‘highest’, allowing them to take bold actions, strengthen their sense of personal power and project their authority outwards. Here is a summary of my qualifications and appointments 2023 - Fellow of The Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (UK) 2023 - Accredited Foundation Coach - Association for Coaching (UK) 2021 - Certified MOE Foundation Coach - Association for Coaching (UK) 2021 - Mental Health First Aider - MHFA England 2012 - Diploma in Intermediate Pâtisserie - Le Cordon Bleu London 2004 - MSc in Environmental Design of Buildings - Cardiff University (UK) 2002 - Bachelor of Architecture - Bangalore University (India)

I am a Professional Certified Coach (ICF PCC) and Team Coach with more than 10 years of experience in leadership development, talent management, and organizational growth across global IT and luxury e-commerce companies in Munich. Originally from Russia and having lived in France before relocating to Germany in 2013, I bring a strong international perspective and a deep understanding of diverse workplace cultures. Throughout my career, I have led programs for emerging leaders, supported high-potential talent, and guided individuals through key professional milestones — from early-career development to promotions and new leadership appointments. I’ve designed initiatives that strengthen resilience, well-being, and sustainable performance, helping employees grow not only in their roles but as whole individuals. These experiences fueled my passion for coaching, especially for those navigating transition: stepping into a new role, taking on more responsibility, redefining their path, or seeking clarity in moments of change. As a coach, I blend structure, calm presence, and thoughtful challenge to help clients gain clarity, build confidence, and move forward with intention — ensuring they feel supported, grounded, and ready for their next step.
Hi, my name’s Gaye, I’m a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and been coaching for over15 years. I’ve noticed that people who seek coaching are High Achievers who rarely celebrate their accomplishments, because they struggle with extremely critical self-talk. To everyone else they appear confident, though inside their minds, their self-criticism puts pressure on them which causes such unnecessary stress. My perspective on coaching is that it is a fun, positive and an energetic experience... where you will shift to a more positive mindset by learning how to strengthen your mental muscles. With this positive encouragement, you’ll all the motivation and enthusiasm you need to go after everything you want, in all areas of your life - on a personal level, at work and in your career. I’ve been trained in coaching methods based on neuroscience. So, when we know how our brains work it gives us greater understanding of our beliefs and behaviours. Also, I’m qualified as a Positive Intelligence Coach and Mental Health First Aider, which enables me to support those who want to improve their mental health by shifting to a more positive mindset. Curious to know how we can work together? Then, I’d be delighted to chat with you!
I help leaders navigate complexity, transition, and high-stakes environments with greater clarity, confidence, and humanity. My work lives at the intersection of leadership, identity, wellness, and systems change—supporting individuals and organizations as they recalibrate toward more sustainable, aligned, and equitable ways of leading. I bring over 20 years of leadership experience across public service, coaching, consulting, and organizational development. Throughout my career, one thread has remained constant: a commitment to developing people and shaping environments where leaders can do their best work without sacrificing their well-being or values. Earlier in my career, I spent more than two decades in a large, mission-driven public sector organization, where I held leadership roles ranging from managing frontline teams to advising senior executives on talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and equity. In these roles, I led people through uncertainty, facilitated difficult conversations, and worked within complex systems where trust, accountability, and human dynamics were always central. One of my most formative roles focused on advancing equity within organizational talent systems. Partnering with senior leaders, I helped design inclusive leadership pipelines, strengthen mentorship and sponsorship practices, and embed equity considerations into decision-making processes. This work gave me a deep understanding of the structural barriers many leaders—particularly those from historically marginalized communities—encounter, and reinforced my commitment to helping people lead with both influence and integrity. In parallel, I served as a strategic leadership advisor, working with executive teams to align organizational vision with people-centered strategies. I supported initiatives related to leadership development, succession planning, culture change, and large-scale organizational transformation. Today, I lead Recalibrate LLC, a coaching and consulting practice dedicated to leadership development, organizational health, inclusive transformation, and wellness integration. I work with clients across the nonprofit, public, and private sectors who are navigating growth, change, or transition—and who want leadership support that is thoughtful, grounded, and practical. My approach is holistic and human-centered. Many of the leaders I support are carrying significant responsibility while navigating burnout, identity-related dynamics, evolving expectations, or uncertainty about what comes next. Coaching with me offers space to pause, reflect honestly, and move forward with intention. Together, we clarify priorities, strengthen leadership presence, and build strategies that are both effective and sustainable. I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation and a graduate of Georgetown University’s Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching program. I am also certified in the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 emotional intelligence assessments, which I use to support self-awareness, emotional intelligence development, and stronger relational leadership. In addition to my coaching and consulting work, I serve as a Commissioner on the Arlington County Human Rights Commission, contributing to efforts that promote equity and protect civil rights at the community level. This work grounds my practice in real-world systems and reinforces my belief that individual leadership growth and societal impact are deeply connected. At my core, I am passionate about helping leaders lead in ways that feel authentic, values-aligned, and human. I envision a future where leadership reflects the full richness of our communities—and where success is measured not only by outcomes, but by well-being, belonging, and purpose.
Scaling a career, leading a team, or navigating change is tough, especially in fast-moving sectors. It becomes easier when you work with someone who has lived it. I’m Steve Barrett, a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, ICF-accredited professional, and senior leader with 30 years’ experience across Retail, Hospitality, B2B Sales, B2B Operations, and Franchise leadership. I also work as a consultant in the franchise sector and in Business Exit Planning, helping founders, franchisors, franchisees, and senior leaders build scalable, sustainable, and sale-ready businesses. Beyond coaching, I bring extensive consultancy and facilitation experience, including leadership development, strategy workshops, culture alignment, and operational performance improvements. I’ve coached and advised clients across Facilities Management (FM), QSR, the Public Sector, Private Dentistry, and high-growth SMEs. My work is truly global. I’ve supported leaders across the US, South America, Asia, Australia, and Europe, giving me insight into diverse cultures, leadership styles, and organisational challenges. My approach blends strengths-based coaching, leadership development, strategic thinking, and real-world operational experience from leading large teams, redesigning operating models, and running multi-site organisations. Clients come to me for: Leadership coaching, performance improvement, change navigation, franchise growth, culture and communication coaching, exit readiness, confidence building, and strategic decision making. Expect conversations that are honest, grounded, and focused on progress. No jargon. No theory without application. Just clarity, confidence, and results you can feel quickly. I care deeply about supporting and growing today’s leaders. I lean into curiosity, compassion, and expansiveness — where the impossible becomes possible. I began leading, facilitating, and coaching teams, and individuals, during my 7-year tenure at Apple. There I developed a keen sense what motivates others, how adults learn, and what it takes to make a good team great. I trained and coached Apple employees across North America in both English and Spanish. After Apple, I was recruited to work at Compass, a national real estate brokerage. During the 5 years I worked there, I grew a team of 4 to a team of over 30. I experienced the growth of the organization from startup to post-IPO and I lead my team through the transition. I collaborated with different teams in Los Angeles, and across the country, to strategize, implement, and iterate on business plans that would support my team as well as their customers. I left the corporate world to develop my coaching business. I now work with high-performing individuals, mid-level managers, and senior leaders using the transformative power of the Co-Active Coaching Model. I am known as a compassionate, approachable, and heart-centered leader. I understand that for an organization to grow, everyone must work together towards a common goal. The team must unite and believe the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
I look to partner with leaders and professionals such as yourselves to gain clarity on the goals that you want to achieve. I have been able to leverage my corporate experience and work with various professionals to empower you and to develop new perspectives so you can grow and see new opportunities in your personal and professional life. As a senior executive who has worked across various industries from finance, payments, media and entertainment, ecosystems and health tech across various geographies, I can empathize with and help work through your opportunities and challenges. I have worked for various types of organizations from Series A start-ups through to hypergrowth pre-IPO to private equity-owned and Fortune 1000 companies so I have been inside the trenches. Finally, my functional experience spans across sales, business development and partnerships, commercial, strategic planning, operations and client success - all key drivers to consumer acquisition, retention and growth.
I help women navigating career and life transitions — from professionals redefining their paths to senior leaders stepping into bigger roles. As an ICF Organisational Coach & NLP Practitioner, I support you in building clarity, confidence, and purpose so you can embrace authenticity, own your worth, and thrive.
