Feedback Received ---------------- Simon : I worked with Alan for roughly 6-months. He coached a team of managers, all with strong personalities and willing to do everything themselves, and helped us become a functional team with clear objectives. His laid-back style and engaging character helped ensure all team members have a chance to be heard and every idea explored. He was pivotal in helping our team rise to the occasion and win the Asia-Pacific competition we were involved. His current research on coaching about climate change shows his willingness to stay at the forefront of his profession. I would strongly recommend anyone looking for a coach to have a chat with Alan. Erika : Alan has a positive and encouraging presence, and his questions are very insightful. He is thoughtful, listens actively and picks up on different nuances. He challenges you in a supportive way! I gained new perspectives and a deeper understanding of myself and the challenges I faced going through a big transitional time in my life. Alan is an incredible coach who creates a safe space for you to explore and gain new insights and put them into action. I would recommend working with Alan! Michele : Alan helped me navigate uncertainties I had around a career change. Thanks to the work we did, I gained better clarity over the direction I wanted to take and also a better understanding of behavioural patterns I have at work, how to spot the and potentially correct them. I highly recommend him as a career coach.
As a leadership advisor and consultant to startup leaders and fortune 100 executives, I saw first what sets exceptional leaders apart: their commitment to know themselves. My approach is relationship based and focuses on helping leaders cultivate a deep relationship to themselves first, then with the world around them. With this capacity, leaders create more magic in their lives with their teams, family, and community.
Hi! I'm Claire! I am fulfilled when I get to journey with professionals in their human and professional experience, generating career and purpose clarity. Through my years of experience as a employee, leader and management consultant I have experienced the full spectrum of organizational stress, career highs, burnout lows and everything in between. I have led teams of 2-40 professionals across operations, human resources and consulting projects with budgets up to 85M. I know what it feels like to succeed and to come up short and my greated joy is in meeting individuals where they are at and navigating these experiences in partnership. Projects I have loved being a part of include: - coaching employees and leaders at all levels; - future of work thought leadership - delivering transformational change initiatives to employee groups of 20 to 20,000; - establishing a corporate hackathon that resulted in significant productivity gains; - leading big and small teams to greater connectedness; - championing inclusion in the workplace; - advising public and private sector clients in the areas of innovative culture change, employee engagement, and technology and operating model optimization.
In 2020, I discovered what I was meant to do when I enrolled in my first Coach training program. Prior to this, I held a variety of positions in the sustainability sector, from project executive for a CSR initiative in an MNC, strategic consultant to NGOs to General manager in a social enterprise. Nonetheless, I could never find deep satisfaction for the impact I was making. Since there were so many parties involved in these jobs that were outside my control, I found myself burnt out and frustrated. I have always wanted something more impactful that can address the root causes of the issues humanity is facing and I can be solely responsible for generating this impact with who I am and what I have. Coaching enables me to turn my natural tendency into a skill set and process that creates a profound impact on a person’s life. After just one session, they undoubtedly feel more in control, but the partnership process is necessary to help them maximize their potential and become their best selves. The key factor that facilitates my transformation, surprisingly, is self-love. I wouldn't be able to overcome my own self-doubt, uncertainty, and outside criticism to make the tough decisions that ultimately lead me down a path that is genuinely soul-fulfilling if I didn't love myself. What stops us from embracing our dreams is rarely external circumstances, but the limiting beliefs we carry inside. Self-love is a verb, a choice, and a skill that can be mastered over time. At the end of 2020, I founded my own Coaching business, with a desire to spread positive change. If I can transform myself through self-love, I can replicate this process for my clients with Coaching. I’m proud to have helped hundreds of clients break free from social norms to practice self-love, commit to their own journey, shine as they are, and make an impact in their community.
As an executive coach with a transformative seven-year stint in New Zealand, I transitioned from an 18-year career in the TV industry to coaching, driven by a desire for greater impact and meaning. My international experience fosters an open mindset, and I embrace my highly sensitive nature in creating a supportive space for clients' personal and professional growth. Specializing in developmental coaching, I design impactful programs, drawing on my expertise in coaching, facilitation, and leadership training. My approach integrates classic coaching tools, NLP, Enneagram, and High Sensitivity to address a spectrum of issues, promoting reflection and optimal development. Back in France, I find joy in guiding clients toward presence, clarified desires, and the confidence for positive change, all while maintaining compassion for others. My goal is to help them unlock their full potential through conscious living and positive thinking.

-Passionate about helping leaders move from languishing to flourishing- With over 18 years of leadership and coaching experience across six continents, I have worked within a variety of global, national, and local organisations to help clients become the best versions of themselves—both professionally and personally. This includes Employment (Career) Services, Human Resources/Learning, and Development, Community Services, Finance, Government, Retail/Hospitality, Education and Tech. Within these industries, I have helped both experienced and emerging leaders as well as individual contributors with leadership development, career planning, confidence, communication, conflict resolution, executive function, change/uncertainty, wellbeing, and parenting. Whilst able to work across all areas of leadership development, some of the most common areas of positive gain that people walk away with from coaching with myself include: -Increased connection with self and others. Through coaching, leaders can gain a deeper understanding of their own strengths, weaknesses and needs, as well as the strengths and weaknesses of their team members. This can lead to improved communication and collaboration, and a stronger sense of connection within the team. -Improved communication skills. Effective communication is essential for any leader. Coaching has helped leaders develop their communication skills, so they can more effectively convey their ideas, build relationships, and resolve conflict. -Increased confidence. Almost all leaders have stated they have seen this as an outcome post coaching together! Coaching can help leaders develop a stronger sense of confidence in their abilities. This can lead to more assertive decision-making, greater risk-taking, and a more positive outlook on challenges. -Enhanced career/life development. Coaching can help leaders identify their career/life goals and develop a plan to achieve them. This can lead to promotions, increased responsibility, and greater job/life satisfaction. Many leaders have worked on this during our sessions and are now pursuing the career /life plans they were seeking. Passionate about DEIB, I am also a qualified ADHD coach and work with leaders to cultivate awareness of executive function and development of pragmatic skills to manage and thrive with their ADHD. This may be for the individual leader with ADHD or for any leader committed to cultivating and supporting staff with ADHD and a diverse workplace. The boring stuff... ICF-certified, I hold a Post Graduate Certificate in Coaching and Leadership, a Bachelor of Social Science (Welfare/Youth work), and multiple Diplomas in Human Resource Management. I am also a fully accredited DISC and 360 assessment facilitator. The fun stuff! Personally I enjoy music and singing, travel, the beach and mountains, pilates and reading and spending time with my friends and family.
