Since 17 years I am working as an International Senior Human Resource & Development Expert in the IT, Law, Banking & Finance and Oil and Gas Industry. Since my training as a Psychological coach in 2018 I am also working as a Vienna based career coach advising local and global people in personal and virtual sessions. . I’m the founder of my own coaching company, where I work with individuals and groups to help them get clear on what they really want from life, then create the game plan to make it happen. Play and freedom are my core values. They drive pretty much all aspects of my life and work. I like playing with possibilities, bringing bold ideas to life, and creating opportunities that light me up and are aligned with what I value. I thrive in new environments and have purposefully carved out a rich and varied career path, collecting many ‘gems’ along the way to bring to the next challenge. I love to inspire others to play by their own rules too. It’s why I became a coach - to help people create positive, lasting change by working out what really excites them, then developing the mindset and strategy to make it real. Typically I work with people who are wanting to challenge what's expected of them, nearing burn out or who struggle with people pleasing. I hold an ICF-accredited diploma in transformational coaching with leading training body Animas. I’m also credentialed at ACC level by the ICF. That’s a lot of letters, but it basically means that I've put in the work and know my stuff.

I am a HR practitioner with more than 20 years of experience, spanning across various HR functions. With my passion for enabling growth and development, I specialise in Learning and Development, Leadership Development and Talent Development. It has been most rewarding working with talented individuals to support their growth. I am an introvert who cluelessly took up a degree in Civil Engineering solely based on my strengths in Mathematics and Science. I dabbled in engineering work for a while after graduation and switched to Human Resource after realising how I was energised with meaningful connections. I have worked with organisations in the private and public sectors, such as SIA, Philips, SingTel, MINDEF and MSF. My HR stints allowed me to grow professionally in the most enriching and rewarding manner. I have grown comfortable with public speaking and have given several talks on career development. I facilitated team launches, team building and leadership development programmes over the last 10 years. My desire to have my own practice so that I could be bettered aligned with my priorities and core values around freedom, impact and enabling growth, has led me to taking up a couple of coaching credentials. I am continuously seeking growth for myself so that I remain relevant and a valued partner to co-create enriching coaching experiences for my clients.
