Robert
Sydney, New South Wales, Australia
Languages: English, Arabic, Spanish

My name is Rob, I am an internationally qualified mentor and coach, with a Masters in Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney, and a qualification of “Senior Practitioner” from the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). I work with emerging leaders in the public and private sector who are facing increasing demands on their time, energy and mental and physical capacities. They find they are often being promoted based on their technical capacity, overall work experience and strong career networks, with little or no training in what it means to be a good leader and manager. As a result, many of them struggle with issues of confidence, leadership presence and fulfilling their career potential. These are all issues I faced in my previous 20-year career with the United Nations, which saw me serve in leadership roles in Kenya, Somalia, the Sudan, Afghanistan, Israel/ Palestine, Indonesia, Washington DC and New York. I typically work with leaders for 8-9 months, with around 10-12 one hour one-to-one sessions that help shine the light on the challenges they are facing; what is important to them, what is challenging, what assumptions they are making, and any negative thinking that might be holding them back. Together we co-create solutions, using well researched and proven techniques, investigating strengths, values and future visioning. We focus on developing the balanced, flourishing life they so deserve! At the end of our time together, the people I work with find: • Increasing self-confidence at work, and an expanded horizon on what is possible for in their career. The type of jobs and roles they didn’t think were possible have now come into view! • Enhanced leadership and managerial presence, improved communication skills including conflict mediation skills. • A well-developed sense of their personal and professional strengths and values. • A clear vision for where they want to go to lead a flourishing life! • They are working at peak performance in a sustainable way! Let me know if you would like to know more about how this program might work for you!

Tassos

I was fortunate to work, for over 25 years, in Senior corporate positions as well as demanding entrepreneurial environments, with high levels of stress and challenging personal relations. I had to deal with “bosses” of all kinds, including insecure male managers and colleagues, who only wished to justify their presence and power over others by taking advantage of what they thought was their weakness or abusing the personal and family life situations of their peers. Female colleagues were coming to me, discussing their challenging feelings and emotions of lack of self-confidence, low self-esteem, and fear of being judged all the time by their male bosses or colleagues. Sharing with me their fear of failing or even losing their jobs, which would endanger their financial independence and their work-life-family balance. I could not explain, back then, why they would come to me, being also a male boss or peer of their. apparently because I was there to listen to them, support them with advice and treat them as respectful individuals. I was trying to empower them to believe in and respect themselves, as I would do for my wife and kids, feeling so natural to me. Having experienced this and following my passion for Holistic Coaching, I decided to make it my mission to support all of you, who may need my help in order to surpass such challenging stressful situations at work and home. I developed my unique HEART© Coaching methodology to make you feel Holistic, Empowered, Accepted, Resilient, and Transformed, so that you can appreciate and integrate this holistic transformation, balance and harmony in your life, once and for all! Tassos holds, among other distinct international Educational and Corporate qualifications, the qualification of the Holistic Coach Certification Program, accredited by ICF (International Coaching Federation) of the Holistic Coach Training Institute in the US.

Nicola
London, Greater London, England, United Kingdom
Languages: English

I’m the founder of my own coaching company, where I work with individuals and groups to help them get clear on what they really want from life, then create the game plan to make it happen. Play and freedom are my core values. They drive pretty much all aspects of my life and work. I like playing with possibilities, bringing bold ideas to life, and creating opportunities that light me up and are aligned with what I value. I thrive in new environments and have purposefully carved out a rich and varied career path, collecting many ‘gems’ along the way to bring to the next challenge. I love to inspire others to play by their own rules too. It’s why I became a coach - to help people create positive, lasting change by working out what really excites them, then developing the mindset and strategy to make it real. Typically I work with people who are wanting to challenge what's expected of them, nearing burn out or who struggle with people pleasing. I hold an ICF-accredited diploma in transformational coaching with leading training body Animas. I’m also credentialed at ACC level by the ICF. That’s a lot of letters, but it basically means that I've put in the work and know my stuff.
