C’est la voie du « Kaizen », littéralement : « le meilleur changement » pour le collectif et l’individu. Je suis convaincu que la réussite est fortement liée à la capacité d’adaptation d’une structure et de ses acteurs. J’ose dire aussi que tout changement n’est pas souhaitable, s’il n’y a pas un réel bénéfice pour chacun dans l’accompagnement global.
Hi! Nice to meet you! My name is Thipsupang Sanjariyapipu from Bangkok, Thailand. But, please feel free to call me "Nikki" which is my nickname. My background is in structural engineering. I co-founded a small business specializing in structural inspection and repairment of an old or heritage building called " Sivanat Development Company Limited" in 2019. Since I started working as an engineer in 2012, I also started my coaching journey to understand more about working with people because being a site engineer means you are required to work well in a team. So, I was one of the pioneer students of ICF Coaching in Thailand and have continued to practice or participate in coaching activities throughout this decade. Now, besides my engineering project, I am an ICF-certified coach and instructor specializing in Self-Awareness Leadership and Strength-based Development for Individuals and Teams, and Team Management.
