I hold two coaching certifications, one from the Neuroleadership Institute as a Brain Based Coach (2014) and one from the Academy Life of Coaching for teens and young adults (2015). I have been practicing since 2014 with adults and teenagers and for different matters whether personal or business related ones. My approach is neuroscience based, focusing on facilitating positive changes by improving the underpinning thinking of my clients. I help them to move through each stage by identifying the “blocks” in their thinking, generate self-awareness and enable clients to take action in creating new and sustainable habits. I am accredited (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation and I have been coaching in 4 languages (French, English, Italian and Spanish). In line with the neuroscience approach of the brain based coaching, I naturally found a great interest in Mindfulness, which I think can be of a good help to anyone willing to develop awareness in order to be more in the moment and stick with the facts, rather than being too often absorbed by their thoughts. After graduating from the Industrial Engineering department of Sabanci University following Robert College High School, I worked in various managerial positions at local and global brands for over 12 years.
