I’m a Leadership & Transition Coach and HR professional who brings a calm, steady presence to leaders navigating leadership and professional transitions. With HRBP, talent management and change management experience - and more than 200 coaching conversations this year - I’ve supported people through growth, change, and reinvention. Clients come to me at moments of uncertainty or inflection: stepping into new roles, leading through ambiguity, moving across cultures, or redefining the kind of leader they want to be. In our sessions, clients describe: - the moment clarity lights up their face - the shift in energy when a limiting belief loosens its grip - the quiet courage that emerges when honesty feels safe - the natural exhale when they finally understand what’s been holding them back These are not tactics. They are the outcomes of deep presence, grounded listening, and a space where people feel truly seen. My coaching is built on one core belief: --> Growth begins with safety, honesty, and the willingness to see ourselves differently. My work follows a simple arc: --> When people feel internally steady, clarity returns, and choices become possible again. I call this theClarityArc. I work with individuals at a crossroads - professionally, geographically, or at key leadership turning points - helping you: - reconnect with what matters most - understand the patterns driving your decisions - navigate transitions with clarity and confidence - build leadership capabilities from the inside out, in uncertain or high stakes environments Above all, coaching with me is a place where you can be fully yourself, without performance, pressure, or expectations about who you 'should' be. If you are entering a new chapter, or redefining what your next chapter could look like, I’m here to walk with you.

I’m a leadership coach and former business executive helping change agents navigating continuous adaptation to perform better and feel better. Drawing on three decades in the software industry — from fast‑growing firms to global giants like Oracle and Salesforce — I bring an insightful understanding of the systems that underpin real‑world change. In practice, I enable leaders to drive change while delivering their business-as-usual responsibilities. That can mean balancing relationships with accountability, building partnerships with key stakeholders, or securing executive sponsorship. I do this through a thoughtful, yet practical and actionable approach — delivered in an intuitive, calm and deeply human style — that amplifies the leader’s talents and multiplies their impact across the organisation. ~~~ For over three decades, I operated within the same complex environments my clients navigate, from fast-growing software firms to global giants — Oracle and Salesforce. Most recently, as Senior Vice President of Customer Success and a member of the global executive team at DigitalRoute, I led a high-stakes transition from a siloed regional structure to a unified global unit, better able to serve our customers, people, and shareholders. Throughout my career, I was tasked with launching new solutions, winning landmark deals, and transforming organisations. From sustained experimentation in creating high functioning environments, I gained a deep appreciation of the need to address both the method and the culture in tandem. This work triggered my own transformation as a leader, shifting my focus from driving the tasks to orchestrating the system where both performance and people excel. Over the past five years, as a leadership coach, I have partnered with more than 50 leaders from a wide range of industries, helping them to achieve tangible business outcomes and personal growth. Common scenarios included expanding leadership range, restoring team resilience, strengthening stakeholder ecosystems, and elevating strategic influence. Each engagement required a shift from long-held habits, experimentation with new ways of leading, and maintaining calm amidst everyday organisational pressures. ~~~ In my early years in the UK, I loved playing sports, eventually focusing my energy on squash and earning a place in the national under-16 squad. This journey instilled in me a deep appreciation of how commitment, practice and camaraderie are key ingredients for success. These qualities form the bedrock of my approach to coaching and how I frame my partnerships with leaders today. I moved to Singapore in 1997, where I met my wife, Azizah, and together we raised our family. Bridging our distinct cultural backgrounds has had its challenges; however, it has been a profoundly rich and enlightening journey. This experience has given me a deep appreciation for how we all see the world a little differently, and taught me how to find common ground and genuine connection. My father, who enjoyed rollerblading on the East Coast well into his seventies, is my role model for living life to the fullest and staying young at heart. Inspired by his vibrancy, I prioritise regular exercise and adventures like scuba diving or hiking to stay grounded and energetic. This vitality allows me to show up for my clients with the presence and focus required to navigate the challenging journey of change.

Nicola is very experienced in the areas of gender inequality, unconscious bias, diversity, equity and inclusion. Feedback on Nicola: 1:1 Coaching “Nicola has been a great support and has very much been a cheerleader in my corner. From our first meeting, we struck up a great rapport, although Nicola is that lovely I’m sure that she could make anybody feel good about themselves. She has listened to me, encouraged me and helped me to discover and live true to my own core values. She has challenged me to consider what I want and don’t want from my career, the outcome of which is that I have found the courage to pursue a new career opportunity which aligns better with my values and wants. Nicola offered great counsel as I wrestled with the decision to leave my current role and with her help, I was able to negotiate the terms and conditions that I feel I am worth”. “I reached out to Nicola when I was feeling unsure of my next career step, I had no idea what I wanted. Nicola was so friendly and approachable and made me feel comfortable straightaway. We got to work with deep (but informal) conversations with Nicola guiding me to look inward to see what’s important to me and where I really wanted to be. Nicola’s guidance, reassurance and encouragement has been invaluable, making me really believe in myself and changing my mindset to seek positivity and opportunity in every situation. Stepping out of my comfort zone (although not pleasant to begin with!) has led me to a new level of confidence, all from getting to know my true self through conversations and having someone to be accountable to. If you feel stuck or lost with no idea what direction to head, Nicola is your #1 person. She will help you refocus, asking the hard questions that make you sit back and think outside the box, all whilst being your biggest cheerleader” “Nicola is an incredibly talented, natural coach. Her values-centred guidance challenged me to think beyond my limiting beliefs. Her uplifting, positive, and fun personality make her easy to open up to and wonderful to work with. Nicola is truly one-of-a-kind, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for an intuitive, sincere, and deeply passionate coach.” Team Coaching “Nicola has that rare talent of achieving remarkable results in the most efficient way possible, while adopting a nurturing approach that brings people along with her. To me, this is a win-win characteristic that sets Nicola apart from so many others. Nicola’s passion for personal development builds confidence and skills in those around her.

After 14 years as a flight attendant, I am now switching my career and making a move from the height of the sky to the depth of consciousness. Following a rough time in my life, I earned my first life coaching certification few years ago, and I slowly became more and more passionate about being of service to people in a deeper, more meaningful way. Aviation has allowed me to strengthen skills as communication, empathy and adaptability, essential in coaching. Throughout the 7 years of experience as a Cabin Supervisor I have learned how to be of support to my teams and build trust, also fundamental to create successful coaching relationships. The most impactful shift in my life has been realizing that offering comfort and support for the brief period of a flight was not fulfilling enough anymore and I would like to facilitate lasting transformation, knowing the potential of coaching that I have learned and experienced myself. This transition is an incredible, ongoing journey of self-discovery and personal growth. I am now looking forward to more opportunities to support people as individuals and professionals as they navigate their own paths of self-discovery and success.

Miguel is an executive coach (PCC by ICF) and mentor (Senior Mentor by EMCC) who has helped +300 executives in 4 different continents. Most of his clients are Successful leaders. They are very intelligent, dedicated and persistent. They are committed to the success of their companies. They have high personal integrity and they realize that the leadership behaviour that was associated with yesterday’s results may not be the behaviour needed to achieve tomorrow’s successes. Miguel's mission is to help Successful Leaders and High Achievers to get even better by achieving positive, lasting change in behaviour for themselves and their teams. This will not only improve their capability to face new challenges but it will also contribute to a higher feeling of inner peace, to better relationships with all stakeholders and to a deeper sense of fulfilment. 99% of the causes for having trouble dealing with a particular challenge comes from beliefs and the environment we operate, that are triggering negative behaviours. In other words, the root of the challenge lies in how people behave with themselves and/or others. So, Miguel combines coaching tools with behavioural science in order to help people achieve and sustain positive change that is recognised and acknowledged by others. With almost 30 years of experience, Miguel has majored in Business Management and has several post graduations in Leadership and communication skills. He also has additional training in Science of Happiness, Management of emotions and micro-expressions, DISC assessment, and in Neurolinguistic Programming. And he has trained with some of the best coaches in the world: David Peterson, David Goldsmith and Fred Kofman.
