After 14 years as a flight attendant, I am now switching my career and making a move from the height of the sky to the depth of consciousness. Following a rough time in my life, I earned my first life coaching certification few years ago, and I slowly became more and more passionate about being of service to people in a deeper, more meaningful way. Aviation has allowed me to strengthen skills as communication, empathy and adaptability, essential in coaching. Throughout the 7 years of experience as a Cabin Supervisor I have learned how to be of support to my teams and build trust, also fundamental to create successful coaching relationships. The most impactful shift in my life has been realizing that offering comfort and support for the brief period of a flight was not fulfilling enough anymore and I would like to facilitate lasting transformation, knowing the potential of coaching that I have learned and experienced myself. This transition is an incredible, ongoing journey of self-discovery and personal growth. The trigger to her discovery of coaching as her passion was a solidly-designed Co-Active coach training program she took in 2014, which had sparked her awareness of the difference between the Doing-mindset and Being mindset, and rekindled her dream of becoming a teacher. Driven by her love of coaching, she became a devoted internal coach while performing her routine work at BASF. In 2017, Irene left her corporate job to focus on coaching, leadership development and management consulting. Operating as an executive coach, Irene works with corporate executives, entrepreneurial CEOs and their Leadership Teams, in helping them identify growth opportunities in leadership, performance and personal aspirations, and tackle their challenge in career and life transitions. Prior to coaching, Irene was General Manager for BASF’s Electronic Materials Division in Singapore and Malaysia. In this role, Irene led and implemented the GROW strategy for her business, resulting in significant business growth and overall operating cost reduction. Before her GM experience, she worked in BASF Germany for a few years leading the "Excellent Quality" project of Electronic Materials Europe. Her strategies and measures to improve & implement product quality and reduce quality costs were highly recognized by top management, which had paved way for her promotion to the GM position. Before her assignment in Germany, Irene joined BASF in China as a Quality Manager in Electronic Material division serving semiconductor industry. She established a quality management system for electronic chemical and helped semiconductor customers resolve quality-related issues. In 2007, Irene was promoted to senior manager and moved to BASF Taiwan, where she developed a quality control strategy for Asia and oversaw the implementation of regional laboratories. Irene’s work experience in different countries and regions of BASF Group has broadened her international vision and provided her with valuable experience in leadership, marketing, business development, corporate management, quality management, project management, and more. Before BASF, Irene worked for TECH Semiconductor (now Micron Fab 7) as a Quality Engineer for 4 years. Before her corporate career, Irene taught chemical engineering at Shantou University for 6 years. Irene got her ACC credentials in 2018, PCC credentials in 2022, and NLP certified coach from Worldwide Institutes of NLP in 2022. Irene got her PhD in Chemical Engineering from National University of Singapore (NUS), and her MS and BS in Chemical Engineering from South China University of Technology. Irene, who currently resides in Singapore with her husband, is fluent in Chinese, English, and Teochew dialect. She enjoys reading, travel having visited over 40 countries and 200 cities, hiking, exploring new cultures, and cooking.

Throughout his career, JM has held several executive and senior-level roles in APAC, working for companies like WPP, S4 Capital’s Media.Monks, Grace Blue Partnership, and IPG McCann Worldgroup. In 2020, he founded an organization focused on Fractional HR leadership, executive coaching, leadership development and team dynamics. Jean-Michel was the APAC CEO of The Grace Blue Partnership, the only global executive search agency specializing in the advertising, marketing, and communications sectors. In this role, he oversaw operations across the APAC region, working with a team of highly experienced consultants to provide executive search to clients in the industry. As Fractional Regional Talent Acquisition Director for S4 Capital Media.Monks, Jean-Michel ensured that the Media.Monks Talent Discovery team drove consistency, optimised processes, and created cohesion across the company's ecosystem. He also served as Fractional Head of Talent for APAC at TotallyAwesome, helping clients and media agencies connect with kids, teens, and families through the TotallyAwesome digital platform. Additionally, he worked for McCann Worldgroup as Chief Talent Officer for APAC, where he introduced and managed the new global recruitment applicant tracking system and appraisal system, and placed over 20 senior staff across the agencies and the region, saving over US$2 million.
