Miguel is an executive coach (PCC by ICF) and mentor (Senior Mentor by EMCC) who has helped +300 executives in 4 different continents. Most of his clients are Successful leaders. They are very intelligent, dedicated and persistent. They are committed to the success of their companies. They have high personal integrity and they realize that the leadership behaviour that was associated with yesterday’s results may not be the behaviour needed to achieve tomorrow’s successes. Miguel's mission is to help Successful Leaders and High Achievers to get even better by achieving positive, lasting change in behaviour for themselves and their teams. This will not only improve their capability to face new challenges but it will also contribute to a higher feeling of inner peace, to better relationships with all stakeholders and to a deeper sense of fulfilment. 99% of the causes for having trouble dealing with a particular challenge comes from beliefs and the environment we operate, that are triggering negative behaviours. In other words, the root of the challenge lies in how people behave with themselves and/or others. So, Miguel combines coaching tools with behavioural science in order to help people achieve and sustain positive change that is recognised and acknowledged by others. With almost 30 years of experience, Miguel has majored in Business Management and has several post graduations in Leadership and communication skills. He also has additional training in Science of Happiness, Management of emotions and micro-expressions, DISC assessment, and in Neurolinguistic Programming. And he has trained with some of the best coaches in the world: David Peterson, David Goldsmith and Fred Kofman. Miguel has a very diversified career that moved from working in big multinational companies such as Sonae and Unilever, to creating his own company, a digital marketing agency, that he later sold to WPP, the biggest worldwide advertising group. He is now following one dream: helping others to become the best version of themselves, through Coaching, Mentoring, training and Keynote Speaking. Miguel has become specialised in leadership, effective communication and organisational behaviour. He is also the director for leadership executive master programs at Católica university, where he teaches.

After 14 years as a flight attendant, I am now switching my career and making a move from the height of the sky to the depth of consciousness. Following a rough time in my life, I earned my first life coaching certification few years ago, and I slowly became more and more passionate about being of service to people in a deeper, more meaningful way. Aviation has allowed me to strengthen skills as communication, empathy and adaptability, essential in coaching. Throughout the 7 years of experience as a Cabin Supervisor I have learned how to be of support to my teams and build trust, also fundamental to create successful coaching relationships. The most impactful shift in my life has been realizing that offering comfort and support for the brief period of a flight was not fulfilling enough anymore and I would like to facilitate lasting transformation, knowing the potential of coaching that I have learned and experienced myself. This transition is an incredible, ongoing journey of self-discovery and personal growth. I am now looking forward to more opportunities to support people as individuals and professionals as they navigate their own paths of self-discovery and success.

Testimonials are available on her website, http://cindylee-transformationalcoach.com Cindy is a strong listener. Her coaching style is comfortable, steady, and gives lots of room to discover the proper outcomes vs. being forced to fit into outcomes. Lots of folks are skeptical of coaching, and for me, this was my first experience, and I have thoroughly enjoyed it. Cindy brought in relevant frameworks in due course after understanding the gaps and issues and supported me in connecting the dots across various domains. Her coaching added lots of value to multiple dimensions, such as the identification of focus areas, behavioral traits of self, and converting all of those to coaching outcomes. We have now taken her services for two individuals from our leadership team besides myself. I had the opportunity to work with Cindy when I struggled to cope with a delay in promotion and decided to start working on what was within my control to achieve it. During the sessions with Cindy, I learned how to deal with my negative feelings more effectively (e.g., manage anger and frustration). I also made valuable realizations about the relationship I was building with my managers. I would recommend Cindy to anyone willing to unpack their emotional burden. She is calm, patient, and empathetic with a lovely tone and manner. She will make you feel safe and heard, creating the right conditions to open up, see new things, and progress to a better position. She will lead you to self-awareness, and you will see for yourself how you can grow from there. I appreciate the undivided attention I received and the safe space that Cindy created for me to talk freely and release a lot of the stress and suffering I had cumulated over the past 12 months. I felt relieved and hopeful whenever I spoke to her, which made me look forward to our next session. Cindy tuned into my energy level and style and adapted her way into our conversations. She is very intuitive and empathic. In particular, She helped me slow down, control my reactions, and shift into a different attitude that is more constructive in my conflict management. I built emotional agility that gradually developed relationships with myself and others. I recommended my wife engage with Cindy in a coaching partnership; her feedback has been great.
💻 For 15 years, I served multinational companies, dipped my toe into entrepreneurship, and worked across multiple startups in transformative HR leadership roles. I hold a Master’s in HRM from a top tier B-school which helped me rise to the challenge of leading multiple individuals across industries, age groups and experience early in my career. I easily engage with people, and can gauge their personal motivations to help them navigate the world inside and outside organisations. I have also been on the other side of the table, and closely understand the nuances needed to succeed professionally. 🎓 As a coach I have had the opportunity to positively impact people’s careers and lives by helping them take greater responsibility and accountability for actions and commitments, enhance emotional intelligence, contribute effectively to teams and organisations, increase personal productivity, and communicate more effectively. I am certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and by Coach Transformation Academy as a Senior Certified Professional Coach (SCPC) and also hold a Professional Coaching certification by Erickson Coaching International. When I am not Coaching, I love to read, write and drive in the hills as I find these to be truly fascinating and liberating. 😇 I genuinely believe that everyone has the right to not just live, but thrive! Nothing makes me happier than seeing people discover and leverage their peak potential and strengths to soar ahead. I partner with individuals on this journey by activating a heightened state of self-awareness and helping them uncover any blind spots. To bring out your best, we will have immersive discussions around goals and aspirations, and how to clear perceived mental blocks. My coaching style is inward-looking and centred around knowing the self - it is driven by personal strengths and core values. I operate with "radical candour", challenging my members directly on mental models whilst also caring for them deeply. 💡 With more than 1200 hours of professional Coaching experience, some of the corporate clients that I have served across the globe as an Executive Coach to make disproportionate impact are Google, Unilever, American Express, Cisco, AT&T, Accenture, BP, Bayer, Pfizer etc. Besides Executive Coaching, I also partner with individuals across industries and seniority levels for transformational Life & Career coaching engagements. 🙏🏼 My Coaching Manifesto: You and I we met as strangers Each carrying a mystery within us. I cannot say who you are; I may never know you completely, But I trust that you are a person in your own right, Possessed of a beauty and value that are the Earth's richest treasures. So I make this promise to you: I will impose no identities upon you, but will invite you to become yourself without shame or fear. I will hold open a space for you in the world and allow your right to fill it with an authentic vocation and purpose. For as long as your search takes, you have my loyalty. ~ Theodore Roszak

Amy is a Professional Certified Coach specialising in coaching mid-level professionals looking to become confident communicators and leaders. I'm based in Brisbane, Australia, coaching clients all over the world. I will help you feel more confident leading your team, building your network, speaking up, thinking strategically and leading upwards. You will confidently unravel the messiness of your complex workplace, without breaking yourself! Professionals who work with me understand, develop and apply the tools that they need to step up to leading at their level and beyond within their organisation. Stepping up to Leadership requires a different skill set to that which we may have been promoted for. It is a skill set that can be learned, but only through doing. Through building self-awareness, a tangible leadership toolkit and the skills of resilience then practising and reflecting on real-life leadership in action, I help my clients become confident leaders who can step in to do the important, rather than the busy easy, work every day. Leadership Coaching for professionals is like a Manager's PT! Like a professional leadership training course, only completely individualised to your development needs and goals, and completely contextualised to your experience and situation. We take the pieces of leadership development that are most useful for you, explore it to the depth you want to, and then apply it immediately in your workplace, with a chance to review and reflect on your learning as soon as you are ready. Your development as a leader will be grounded in your real-life experiences - using your own case studies as the starting point for your learning, rather than models or formulas. Embedded in evidence and best practise but pragmatic and creating immediate change. We will work within the realities of your complex and high stress environment to reduce your stress, increase your confidence and amplify your impact. I work with teams of leaders to shift their culture towards more strategic, human-centred leadership that has real impact in their workplace. Through specific skills-focused and mess un-ravelling projects, I help leaders create real and sustained change in the way they work together. "I wish I could be more confident", "How do I start trying to sort this mess", "There's so much pressure from all directions, I'm squeezed in the middle", "I can't get my voice heard in meetings", "Am I actually ready for this", "I'm overwhelmed, I don't even know where to start", "There's just not enough hours for my new role", "My team's work is lost in the complexity of my organisation", "I was thriving in my last role, now I feel like I'm drowning", "I know I need to have this conversation but I'm putting it off", "I just don't get how to lead upwards effectively", "I'm not sure what I need to move to the next level", "I'm not good enough to take this on"......circling thoughts in your head? My favourite testimonials from 2021, one of my coaching clients shared - "Amy has a great ability to combine evidence with practical strategies to deliver coaching and training that leaves you feeling empowered, resourced and ready to tackle the challenging situations we face at work. I worked with Amy over a number of years to develop leadership and communication skills. Her content and suggestions were always well thought out, highly relevant to personal and team goals and supported with tools that I could use immediately. Amy has a voice and message that is so relevant to the challenges we face everyday to be an effective communicator and a reflective leader. Working with Amy has been the most professionally rewarding experience and I would not hesitate recommending her to support your leadership development and your team." You want to step up as a manager and really lead your people, but feel like you need the confidence to step forward, I can help :-) Overwhelmed by the messiness and the disconnect between your people, I can help :-)

Over a 20 year career I have lived in 7 cities across 3 countries. I am bilingual (French-English) and speak 3 other Indian languages. I started my career as a headhunter in India for an executive search firm. I hired over 100 functional heads/ CXO’s over 4 years. This is where I learnt to spot talent, assess motivation, understand competencies in 60 minute interviews. I went on to work for a competitive, high performing Investment Banking firm, Credit Suisse where I managed talent acquisition and carved out recruiting strategies. I was born and raised in India and have been living and working in France since 2010. Post an International MBA, I worked at a French Business school Audencia for 11 years where I worked with thousands of students and alumni as a careers consultant and coach to engineer their career paths. I have had the privilege of working with French and international profiles from over 50 nationalities. I am an ICF certified professional coach with over 200 hours of in-person classes, and hundreds of hours spent on coaching clients Since 2010 I have built my life in a new country, navigating the rich and diverse intercultural codes in France. Do I love change? No. But do I know a thing or two about navigating it and coming out the other side successfully. The answer quite simply is a yes. Come have a conversation with me if you think I can help.
