I started my corporate career as a purchasing manager, then took on the challenge of creating a marketing department for a new business unit. A restructuring gave me the opportunity to become Sales Manager. Since then, professional development has been my main focus. How to help people to be the best they can be, how to inspire them while managing them, how to control them while encouraging them to perform. I trained in neuro-linguistic programming and then in coaching because I realized the power of these methods to support people who want to give their professional life a boost. Since then I helps executives to develop their leadership, improve their communication skills, manage transitions, feel confident in their role and embody a new function. Helping people to set themselves in motion to achieve their goals, while respecting their individuality is so important for me. As an accredited systemic coach, I’m also taking into consideration the whole organization when I work with individuals or teams. Guiding people to find their own solutions by aligning their heart, their mind and their guts is my job as PCC certified coach (ICF). That’s how my clients find their own ways to reconnect with the joy in their work, to organise themselves to be more efficient at work while keeping time for themselves, to become the manager they dream of, to dare to assert themselves in meetings and/or in a team…

To date, I have given talks on how to be happy at work to external organizations and was invited to talk at the annual Happiness Conference organized by the Happiness Initiative, a social enterprise based in Singapore that translates the science of happiness and well-being into actions that people can take. I am a licensed Polarity, Feldenkrais, Somatic Experience, Sophrology and Neuro Affect Relationship Model therapist in Switzerland. I am also an accredited ICF & EMCC Professional Coach. I am certified in Leadership Circle, Leadership Embodiment, Point of Values, Agile Change and Project Management, Polarity Approach to Continuity and Transformation, Positive Intelligence, ADHD Coaching, Point of Values, Psychological Safety Scan, mBraining and Ontological Coaching. I have a postgraduate coaching qualification from the University of Cambridge. I am currently completing a Masters in Psychosynthesis Psychology and Organisational Development and Leadership Coaching. My corporate background was in information technology, start-ups, change management and business transformation. What led to my career as a coach and therapist was my own health recovery from fibromyalgia. I now facilitate transformation for a wide range of clients, particularly in the neurodiversity, autistic & ADHD community. Whether it is: leadership development, improving personal to team performance, improving soft skills/interpersonal relationships, wellbeing, health, happiness, learning, behavioural and relationship difficulties, stress, burn-out, anxiety or chronic health conditions. Stephen Porges' work has highlighted how our nervous system's quality of regulation greatly influences our way of being. The autonomic nervous system (ANS) is activated by our subconscious assessment of safety, known as neuroception. This triggers either thriving and expanding or surviving and conserving energy states. Ideally, our nervous system should function optimally during a neuroception of safety and only briefly during a neuroception of danger. However, the fast pace, uncertainties, and stresses of life often leave us in an unsafe state for long periods, leading to ANS dysregulation. This can be the underlying cause of many chronic physical, psychological, learning, and behavioral conditions. When we have a neuroception of 'safe', we can take the risks of life and show up in a way that ultimately improves the psychological safety of the external environments we are a part of. Improved psychological safety results in work environments where teams feel included, able to speak up, challenge, be creative, and make suggestions for improvement. Research has shown that teams that rate their psychological safety as high are high-performing, productive, considerate of each other, collaborative, have a sense of 'we are in this together,' and have high retention rates. Change comes from a combination of purpose and awareness of our being and becoming. This is why I work with you to increase your awareness of your neuro-biology to restore our ANS regulation and integrate your habitual patterns and behaviours that may no longer be serving you. By continually becoming a better observer of yourself, you empower yourself to change the hold your past has on your life, allowing you to regain our agency and choice. Therefore I also work with you and your values: what are the most important drives and motivators in your life, your higher purpose and how can you be of service to yourself and to humanity. I offer various neuro-somatic therapeutic modalities to work with you as a whole being. My bottom-up approach works through the body using senses, nervous system and emotional history to build new neuropathways for change. Modalities include Polarity, Feldenkrais, Somatic Experiencing, NARM, Sophrology, Sensory Processing, and I also provide ICF accredited training in Ontological Coaching and mBraining.

During my 15-year tenure at Credit Suisse Singapore—culminating in my role as Vice President—I successfully navigated complex stakeholder networks, spearheaded cross-functional initiatives, and consistently exceeded performance targets. Being a mother of 2 at the same time, I intimately understand the challenges leaders face: work-life balance, imposter syndrome, perfectionism, and the constant tension between doing and being. My coaching approach centers on: • Illuminating Inner Narratives: Through targeted inquiry and reflective practices, I help clients uncover the hidden stories—fears, limiting beliefs, self-judgments—that shape their behavior and hold them back. • Reframing for Empowerment: We actively challenge these narratives, replacing “I must be perfect” or “I don’t belong” with perspectives that honor clients’ strengths and aspirations. • Designing Micro-Experiments: Leveraging principles from neuroscience and behavior change, clients co-create small, manageable experiments—real-world tasks that build confidence, reinforce new neural pathways, and translate insight into action. • Embedding Sustainable Habits: Beyond the coaching engagement, I equip leaders with tools—mindfulness rhythms, cognitive reframing techniques, and peer-support structures—that ensure breakthroughs endure and evolve. At the core of my work lies a simple yet profound philosophy: the way out is in. I believe lasting change emerges not from external fixes but from deep, intentional inner work—cultivating self-awareness, embracing silence, and reconnecting with the vast potential within. By blending neuroscience-backed tools with human-centered storytelling, I empower professionals to move beyond fear, lean into curiosity, and take decisive action that feels both authentic and sustainable. My work is informed by positive psychology, emotional intelligence frameworks, and evidence-based habit-formation science. The result is more than temporary fixes: clients emerge with heightened self-awareness, sharper strategic clarity, and the resilience to thrive amidst change. Whether guiding a VP through a career pivot or mentoring a rising director to amplify her voice in the boardroom, my greatest reward is seeing leaders step into their full power—silencing their inner critics, leading with confidence, and creating ripple effects of courage and collaboration throughout their organizations.
