Take the opportunity to find out how much you’d like the Coach (e.g. their persona, their style) and how comfortable you’d feel working with them. Remember – great partners don’t necessarily make you feel ‘comfortable’, because their ROLE is to probe and challenge you to move forward towards your objectives. Make sure you have good rapport, but you’re not looking for a friend!
